Punisher vs Joker

Perhaps I didn't phrase my question as unambiguously as I should have. What I meant was, among what number of dangerous humans is Punisher, as "one of the most dangerous." Top 100? 50? 20? 10? 5? And does that include mutants, whom are still humans too, and half-humans?
5...and i believe humans are humans, therefore not powers, i don't understand whats so hard to grasp a human is a human, punisher is a human, no advanced abilities, none of that crap.

Including mutants and half-humans?

Okay... ermmhappy

What is the point of continuing this back and forth, what is the point your trying to make...let me guess that punisher isn't in top 100 most dangerous characters in the marvel world, with the potential of those non humans that ur thinking of, of course he isn't in the top 100, any dumbass knows this, but he is in the top 5 most dangerous humans, see this is how threads get way off topic.

That went from top 10 to top 5 pretty quickly. I just wanted to see out of my own curiosity. The thread's been done to death already but you piqued my curiosity. Who rounds out the rest of the top 5... ?

Barack Obama is still black.
And Xavier says mutants are human too.

Yea 10 to 5 after thinking about the amount of actual humans are as dangerous as the punisher, to group mutants and humans in the same category ability threat wise is like comparing the threat of a child to that of an adult. Ohh and out of curioustiy what is your vertidict in this match up, and i don't really feel like looking back.

top 5 is the highest echelon for an non-powered human from both major companies, i would put frank in the top 10 or 15 because there are too many characters in that category.

the foreigner is top 5 though 😖hifty:

I don't see why. Punisher is certainly more dangerous than Jubilee or Beak or the New X-Men, or more dangerous than mutants with passive mutations, or those with relatively demure physical traits. Being a mutant doesn't mean that they're a danger, Xavier probably said that too.

I haven't given a verdict as yet. I would lean towards the Clown Prince of Crime though; at the same time I doubt he'd put his demented heart to strongly into tormenting someone not Batman.

Mutants are naturally more dangerous than humans, even though punisher is highly dangerous if one of the mutants with powers like Scott Summers, or even nightcrawler wanted to start a war with humans if they put half as much effort as punisher does they would be more dangerous then punisher, its just unfair, thats what makes punisher so great, that even with no powers he can hang with superhero's like spiderman, daredevil and wolverine.

Semantics really...

Even old new york, was once new amsterdam. Why they changed it I can't say. Some folks just liked it better that way.

What are you not getting? there is a NY AND a Gotham in DC. They are not the same in DC. The guy who was trying to imply that Frank didn't have home field was flat out wrong

Oh? Is that what Dennis O’Neil, Frank Millar and/or John Bryne think?

Not to mention Joker would recognize that he is not Batman just by watching him in action, similar to how he did with Azrael.

warned, for 'taking things too seriously' fallacy... 😛

Apparently Batgirl psyched out Joker by saying his Jokes weren't funny. Jason Todd upset The Joker by saying he wasn't even that crazy.

Joker doesnt like having his insanity questioned, Frank can do the same.

Irrelevant all she said was that his Jokes weren't funny. You don't need to be trained as an assasin to do that.

Thats your opinion. Please don't respond to my posts until you can actually be bothered to provide proof.
