I dont think its got anything to do with me not understanding your point, I dont agree with you therefore I dont understand. Your point is that his madness and insanity somehow makes him unique and the methods he uses are different and more unpredicatable, there is no proof. Another point is that its not what you do but how you do it. Like you said Killing Jason Todd has a massive mental affect, somehow you thought it was a big deal despite the fact other villians have done it before.

Anyway Joker has a big ego and is obssessed with Batman. Doesn't need to dress like Batman but he could say something along the lines that Batman aint shit im a real vigilante take me on.

I was under the impression that its its hard to predict what hes going to do next because of his insanity, thats what makes him dangerous. His uniqueness makes him superior.
