I used to enjoy the character when he first came out. But I will admit that I haven't voluntarily paid much attention to him. He'll always be one of the characters that I think could have been so much more than he is. But look how popular he is...so I guess my opinion means sh*t.

Its a pretty simple process.
In my oppinion we have had some of the best Wolverine stories EVER in the past two years.
Jason Arron's run? Amazing.
Jason Arron's fill in issue Wolverine v3 51? Amazing.
BKV's three issue Logan? Amazing.
Stuart Moore's Logan and Cub fill in issue Wolverine v3 41? Amazing.
Wolverine v3 Annual 01? Amazing (the story at least - people don't like the molten metal feat though)
Wolverine First Class has been alot of Classic Uncanny X-Men fun.
Old Man Logan has a lot of potential... I think the silliness will overpower the dire and somber mode the story should have, but I'd love to be proven wrong.
Now Origins is just awful and Wolverine's main book has been for awhile but its picking up, but almost all of Wolverine's recent one shots have had at least one good story in them. You know what I thought the last genuinly good (not fun and action pacted but good) Wolverine arch was before Jason Arron's? Warren Ellis' Not Dead Yet... and that was 10 years ago!!! In spite of Wolverine Origins (which is one of the worst pieces of garabage ever to run through a printing press), Wolverine has never, NEVER, been in this good of shape. Some of his stories in the last few years have been fantastic.
