You are ignoring the fact that I showed proof that Batman can be shot, by thugs with little or no training. Swagger, with his weaponry, in your opinion, will never get a shot off.

The weapons I gave him are all standard sniper gear. The G36 was a random pick for an assault rifle, the glock was a random pick for a sidearm. The .50 cal rifle he is shown using in the movie, and snipers regularly use claymores to cover their back. Snipers use thermal goggles too, BTW.
If Batman has all his gadgets and the Batmobile, why cant Swagger have all the tools of his profession?
And if Batman cannot adapt to fighting in a foreign environment, while Swagger is trained to fight in any scenario presented to him, who is the better combatant?

I'm not ignoring anything, Batman was shot by those two thugs so that Tim Burton could portray his Bat-Armor and also flesh out the villain's curiousity of who's under the mask. It was a plot device to help out Batman's mysterious identity. It was never meant to show: "Hey, look he can be killed." If you watched the vid yourself, you'de also know he's playing dead.

That could have been portrayed any number of ways, fact is Batman was shot by two thugs with little if any training, and Bob Lee, with his training and weaponry, would make mincemeat of him.
If it was a .50 cal rifle round, or a barrage of G36 fire, he wouldn't be "playing" dead. He would in fact "be" dead.
Swagger isn't gonna say "Hey, I shot him, he's down, I wonder what he looks like?"
He is gonna make sure Bat is dead for certain. Trained killer....thug.......big difference.
