How would McClane have found the nukes in Season 2? Let's just say the CIA and FBI were impressed with his work in DH3 and wanted him to find it. They gave him the info about Wald's crew, which was the only connection they have. He doesn't have a cover ID, since he doesn't need pesky things like resources. All he needs is his gun, and he's omnipotent, according to you. So how does he go about it? He can't approach undercover, because he's never displayed such feats in any film. If he stormed the compound, would he have justed killed everybody? If so, goodbye Wald's location, and thus the only possible info as to the location of Syed and the nuke. And again, he can't interrogate them, because he's never shown any such feats. He even let Nikita live out of mercy when he "KOed" her. So again, how does the MIF help here? How does Lone Wolf McClane do this?
