By the end of the first rest period, Denz and Kiu are still resting. Wentar is back in the city, without a ship (but yes, it will be recoverable for future games) but otherwise unhurt. Repair crew work removes five damage from Grin, and having an Astromech ally means five more is repaired per rest period as well.
Vera and Jovan are now fully healed. Sean and Vlad heal to 49 and 51 rspectively by default, and then both heal an additional 10 due to Medicine rolls. Leaves you two on 39 and 41 damage.
