Yeah, don't use Evade. Tissue disruptor is an auto-hit, I believe, and if you're moving away from it, you're good! Might want to use it as a 'in case I get shot at instead' thing, Jovan.

I just got my schedual for the resits (VERY late), those pricks ****ed it all up so you won't see me till begin september when I'll sign up for the same year again thanks to those assholes

Jumping up and back is a double move and would require a Dash and a decent Agility roll.

The tissue disruptor, though short ranged, travels faster than you can run, btw, so it does need something special done to avoid it.

Would defensive leap count as something 'special'? Also how far is the disruptor range? Would it hit both top and bottom levels from mid?

Defensive Leap would work, yes. However, we have established a tradition by which actually moving away with a Defensive Leap also requires an Agility roll, unmodified by the power Jump.

And you will have to see about range.

Yup.

I'll play it safe and go with the defensive leap. I have the force points to spare anyway.

Wentar should Defensive Leap back to Center (mid), which is where Jovan should also Dash.

Well, clearly I gave it more than a day, but let's go on!

Wentar, making his Agiltiy roll, leaps out of there, to safety! Jovan leaps upwards, and makes that roll too.

The BV-50 floats upwards with casual ease. What looks like a protuding mechanical arm unfurls from its underside, and points at Jovan! A long, continuous cutting laser fires out of it, getting Jovan for ten damage (as it hits like a Lightsabre)...

Damn. I had a strong feeling it was the cutting laser and not the tissue disruptor, but I wanted to play it safe. Live and learn, eh?
