Well, looks like it is probably an all-in...
You guys are currently in the shadow of a wrecked battlecrawler, on the point the Federation army is advancing. It's worth a point of cover to those that are shooting whilst ducking back and forth from its sides; those of you going in with sabres will have to go it alone. Of course, once they advance past it the cover goes. If you don't attack at all from behind the crawler, you cannot be attacked.
Beastmasters engage in melee, but their snarling animals give their attacks a * rating.
Minas is armed with a Selenian officer's pistol- as in keeping with the Selenian style, it is light and elegant.

"I can't hold it!" cries out the doomed Charlie flyer as he soins out and explodes against the hull. You zoom through the wreckage of the Vultures, Xeth- satisifed, and you see the trails of torpedos slamming into the droid ship. Still... more Vultures are incoming! They arer racing over- even coming up from the ground battle- now torpedoes are being deployed.
(Now a torpedo run has been made, enemy reinforcements increase.)

Aboard the ship, Cannes nearly falls out of his chair as the ship rocks from the impacts.

"Get me a diagnostic on those stabilisers," he orders. "I am trying to observe a battle here."
Vera-Kin peers out from behind the battlecrawler to see the enemy approach, and notices that there are Super Battle Droids amongst their number.
"Damn," Vera-Kin says. "Not what I wanted to see this late in the day."
She turns to the Jedi and Colonel Minas, wishing to discuss tactics.
"I say that our forces target the weaker battle droids, in order to reduce their number more quickly. They lack armor and will fall easier. Concentrating firepower on the first group of them will also ensure that we clear them out faster. Jedi with blasters can assist, if you so choose.
"I say that the Beastmasters and ourselves wait until the droids are closer to attack, though. Making that run out to meet them is a guaranteed way to see ourselves shot up before we even reach them. What do you think, Colonel?"
The Alurans open fire! Dozens of battle droids fall! The return fire is blistering, even behind the crawler.

Draw again if you are undamaged. Damaged systems start to fail. Take 3 damage. You may make a Intelligence + Fix-It Roll. Each success reduces the damage by one (to zero).
Well, Fix-It ain't your thing, Xeth... three damage it is as an internal panel explodes...
2. Melee
Bombing Run
You and two other ships may commence a Bombing Run on a target this turn. Ignore if there are no valid targets.
You are on! Amidst the mass fight with the enemy Vultures, you get a chance to attack the main ship. You score two successes, your companions score two beteen them as well, for another four damage to the Control Ship.
3. Closing In
You move in close to your opponent, ready for the kill. Fight normally, except you win initiative in the first turn and get a three dice attack bonus.
A good event, and an easy kill.

You and an enemy attack each other in a head on attack. In the first round all damage is done simultaneously and Thrust and Manoeuvre bonuses are ignored. Thereafter fight normally.
Head on! You get the better of it, of course, destroying your foe and taking one hit.

Sheer coincidence as you head-on right into another! This one gets you for two as you destroy it, flying through the explosions

The Control Ship is rocked once more. Cannes now shows a look of concern.
"GIve me an analysis of those torpedo strikes!" he orders. He looks at the data coming up on scnreen.
"Impossible! Our data showed that ALuran torpedo yields are nowhere near this high!"
The next rock to the ship shows the truth of the matter.
"I'll have someone's guts for this!" he yells out. He heads over to the comm unit, and highlights one particular enemy ship on the scanner- the Nexu's Grin.
"Priority target! Vulture squadrons are to destroy that ship!"
Xeth- from now on, you get an additional Vulture attacker every turn.
I am... a bit confused. The number of soldiers we have has changed, and not through deaths. We now have six more Dorgonath than we started with, half as many Kaldan (despite having moved to full cover) and eleven more Gothan. Was there a change?
I want to get this worked out before we make our charge, so I know what we have to work with.
I think Vlad should help Minas and the Alurans take out those STAPs since he's a good shot and they need to focus on the battle droids.
