Okay, that's better!
"Have the Dorgonath concentrate their firepower on the STAPs, take them out! Everyone else concentrate on the next group of battle droids!"
Vera-Kin turns to the Kaldan Beastmasters and the Jedi.
"If we charge now, we risk our lives. The droids are not close enough for us to attack before they can set their blasters on us. I say patience."
-
Rules-wise, we'd only get to attack the battle droids if they got initiative and moved first, putting them a turn's distance. We need them closer before we can launch our charge.
Everyone okay with that? We need to stay together so that no Jedi gets singled out as a target, too.
Initiative is theirs, though the difference is small.
The furious barrage of fire continues, with some of your bolts now angling upwards towards the flying STAPs.
The Dorgonath roll extremely well! Together with firing from Vlad and Denz, all the STAPs go down in one round!
However, the fire from the enemy droids is more brutal this turn, as they close... and now look what is incoming!

It is also a Refresh round... not that that helps much.
I think we should lead the charge now and bring the Kaldan Beastmasters into play and tear into the battle droids.
Vera-Kin turns to Minas.
"Keep your fire concentrated on the battle droids until you have them wiped out, then gun for the upgraded droids. We will handle those destroyers."
Vera-Kin turns to the Beastmasters.
"Tear into the flimsy battle droids first, the Jedi will move to handle the Mark IIs. Once they are down, move on to the Mark IIs."
Vera-Kin turns to the Jedi, and activates her lightsaber. The teal blade shines brightly in the shadow of the battlecrawler.
"Vlad, covering fire on the Mark II droids, if you will. Everyone else..."
She dashes out from behind the cover of the battlecrawler, with the Jedi and the Beastmasters in tow.
"CHARGE!" she yells, moving in on a pair of super battle droids and attacking.
Tap Balanced Guard. Block inactive.
-
If we charge now, the battle droids won't advance beyond our soldiers' cover. We should attack the Super Battle Droids because they are easier for us to kill.
Not sure if I'm clear give the orders during the aerial battle... I guess Xeth can overwrite me if he disagrees.
-
"Xeth, I recommend you take Beta Squadron against that first group of Vultures," Wentar suggests. "Charlie, come with me, we'll hit that second group. Alpha and Delta, feel free to make those bombing runs."
Aggressive flying against the Vulture's of B this turn.
Initiative is yours! Vlad gets two kills with his tap; that armour is always a pain.
Worrying less about armour, Vera charges into the attack and cleaves down two enemies! Jovan and Denz charge in and take down one each. Vera has been the smart one though, tapping a defence in a turn with such overwhelming enemy firepower. you are outnumbered ten to one in that fight. I am rullng a maximum of eight actually can fire at each of you, but that's still quite harsh.
Vera takes a total of... 1 damage. Vlad manages to take none at all, due to having two points of parry at current- odds are something would still hit, but nothing did. Jovan,. however, takes 22 damage and Denz takes 20.
You have to prep correctly for moves like that!
Thw good news is, you distracted the entire firepower of the Mark IIs, and your ambush on the standard droids results in a wipe-out!
