I just want to voice my opinion on how shockingly low yoda is rating on most of them lists. Time to consider some facts:

- Trained a hell of alot of ass kicking mofos
- Lived a very long time I suspect he would even have known of that life extending abilities of the dark side yet would naturally of course never employ it due to simple fact the light respect the natural order of things
- Probably one of the best lightsaber duelists in the entire star wars universe yep I know it was funny seeing the wee guy move but quite literally even in his duel with sidious....It was brought into force play. In fact he was only brought to stalemate due to location nuff said. the guy had bad luck where he was standing, fact is put them both in enclosed room and yoda would have killed palpatine!
- Man I read alot of expanded universe stuff and engaged in other media, games etc.....Havent seen many dudes that can manipulate the force as well as yoda the dude could asborb force lightening FFS!

PS> Excuse my ignorance about any NJO luke stuff its unfamiliar territory(gotta see to that) but I suspect he is still getting beat down by trigger happy sith lords and there force lightening alot like many others😛

Ragnos doesn't give them a 'boost,' either, he marks them as Dark Lords. The dark power they're brimming with is their own, the glows are the amulets.

keep in mind, a LOT of Dark Lords were summoned by the amulet, not just Ragnos.

I really wouldn't have him placed over Yoda.

i put Yoda third. I don't think you can put him much higher than that...

The official databank says that Starkiller was "ultimately no match for the power of Darth Sidious." Palpatine is stronger and that is the end of it.

Palpatine's goal, the entire time, was to convert Starkiller to the dark side. He didn't try to kill him at all. Hell, when he was "beaten," he went for Kota. Meanwhile, Palpatine shrugs off Starkiller's final act of desperation when he explodes in Force energy. Concluding, the official databank says Palpatine is stronger.

Understand this: it is not up for debate.

As for the rest, Vader didn't kill Palpatine in a duel, so he's not superior. And Palpatine did survive Endor, if you read the embarrassingly shitty Dark Empire comics.

Fatigue rarely 'plays a factor' in fights between Force users, because they can augment their own physical abilities. This is the reason that Yoda and Sidious are able to fight in the first place. Starkiller would be at no disadvantage from his duel with Vader, as (to my knowledge) he wasn't physically hurt during that fight.

Vader's murder of the Emperor can probably be chalked up to PIS, or maybe that Sidious was too focused on killing Luke- he didn't expect the attack from the elder Skywalker.

sidious wasn't killed in combat but vader but SK wasn't killed in combat by sidious i i think sidious actual combat skills are over rated greatly,his greatness is more based off his knowledge of the force and being a genius.......

O thanx red i didnt know that they dont get tired form using the force in a fight odd but dint know that...i just figured if your fighting with vader youd be tired hes not a cake walk ya know

Except that this is false.

Palpatine may not be a fighter in mentality, that's true. He's a manipulator and puppet master first and seems to actually fight only when necessary. But his strength in the Force surpasses just about everyone else's in the saga. He's remarkably skilled in combat.

No. Aleema states on panel that they are brimming with Dark Side power now. And they weren't before Ragnos' arrival. He gave them a boost. Whether it was from marking Kun as Dark Lord of the Sith or not, I don't know or care. (It's speculation anyway.)
