What are your thoughts on gay-marriage being legalized?

Thanks, Robtard.

And I do apologize to you and all whom I’ve offended on KMC when I was like that. I was trying to be anti-racism but my anger horribly twisted that. So I failed there. There is/was no excuse for the extreme behavior.

Besides, there’re bigger issues in the world that’re affecting mostly all, right?

But to move on, my thoughts on gay-marriage being legalized is something I’ve never come to terms with merely for traditional reasons. To me marriage has always been an amalgamation in between a man and a woman only, a husband and wife only. And I think it should remain that way but only for sentimental reasons. It’s called a marriage for opposite sex couples and a civil union in between same sex partners and what I think should happen is that same sex couples have the same economic benefits married couples have.

I also want to add, just for anyones' consideration, as far as the gay lifestyle, I disagree with it because I find it absolutely unnatural for gay men to be sexually intimate with each other, and anything that’s unnatural is bad for both the mind and the body. And choosing to mar the self is a practice I look down up cause it shows an appreciation deficiency for what’s natural.

As far as a gay man, he’d get treated as a person first and foremost, before anything else, by me, as I haven’t an issue with the person as a human cause that’d be ignorant. Like for example, imagine not doing business with a gay man that can make me very successful. That's be just ridiculous. Seeing a gay man, while acting unnecessarily paranoid and subjective, rather than working with him, closing that deal, and gaining a great opportunity, business wise, would put you at an economic disadvantage. Honestly i'd rather not even work with or hire someone whos' mindset's that way because I definitely wouldn't want that type of business attitude to rub off on me. I wouldn't be associated with any person that won't subjectively do business with certain people, due to a characteristic sentiment, cause it is, especially nowadays, counterproductive. I mean, i still disagree with the lifestyle but i always see a business associate, a mom, a family member an everyday person, as a human being first.

So, I could shake a gay man’s hand. I have no problem with that/them. It’s the gay lifestyle that I merely disagree with. But like I won’t go out on the street and thump a bible and curse gays. I feel that it’s their business and they could be that way if they chose to. Just leave the traditional ritual and sacredness of marriage to opposite sex couples. And gays can have their Civil Unions.

That is the same line I used on BackFire..worked like a charm.

But you're too retarded for my taste, but thanks for the interest.

I didn't need a line for you, you were down there on my flute before I even asked.

I mostly agree with you. However, God made gays. That means homosexuality is natural.

I can tolerate the civil unions thing. But why call it something else when it's the same thing? Sentimental reasons? Just call it marriage, I say.

Funny, that, because I've forgotten more than you'll ever know.

Why would you want to get married in the first place?

It's like when they wanted to join the millitary.

Why would you want to?

Love

Economic reasons

There's more, I'd gather.

You don't need marriage for that, well, economics reasons yeah, but that's a stupid reason, and shouldn't be a part of marriage.

Speaking of which, since a wedding is the woman's day and when she becomes a "Mrs." how does it work for gays?

Who said "need", you asked why someone would "want" to get married, I gave you three possible reasons.

I'd guess it would be Mr. & Mr. or Mrs. & Mrs.

It'll happen eventually.

I try not to be a hard-nosed doubter, but in this case I seriously doubt it.

Yeah, he just fights it, it's the source of all his discord.

Good now the homosexuals can be miserable just like the rest of us. I say we let them into the military also. OOOOOOORAAAAAA!

I wonder if their divorce rate will be anything like hetero marriages?
