IMO, this is nothing like the Morrison avatar, not in the slightest.

This is just an in-comic GOD, talking like an in-comic GOD.

Thanos talked that same talk:

..................................................................................................

"And I, like He was, am now the Author of All That Will Be ...

my Will is Supreme"

noneyes

.............................................................................

"How dare these cretins defy their Supreme Being?

Was I not Now the End-All and Be-All of Reality?

Their very existence was by My Whim"

...............................................................................

That DC GOD says Spectre can't conceive all the Dimensions in which he exists.

Nice, but how is that different from Thanos?

"I was Everything ... bonded to Omni-Reality"

"I was everything"

...............................................................................

Thanos was the embodiment of the entire Marvel Universe!. 😱

For some reason though, to some, (not you G)
it's only official when the DC character says/does the same thing. 🙂

This is nothing like what Thanos is saying. This God is saying what Grant says. He makes the rules. he can change things. And We already know that the spectre has counter parts in every corner of existance. he's already bonded to the omni-reality that is DC. So when this God says I exist in dimensions that you cannot fathom, then he is talking like the grant avatar. And he's definitely NOT YWH.

is how He talks about how everyone is who they are because he wants them to be.

Same shit as Thanos.

Basically the same thing Thanos said too.

Could he be talking about the real world?

😆 .. so now the Presence exists in the real world?

Just stop!

We already know that there is a spectre in every reality.

And you're assuming one of those dimensions is the real world?

Just stop.

What on panel feats does the presence have that you put him in the same ballpark as Thanos with the heart?

i know what thanos did, just like i know what the presence did in the above scans. that's why i can say they are no less than equal, even when 'feats' are compared, as some [not you] have tried to claim.

only difference is, the kooky fella in the scans i posted is/was/has always been, the 'true' god of DC. not that it matters much. meh.

that's all the morrison avatar was as well. in fact, any god we've seen in marvel/dc is an "in-comic god"

How are they equal?

What are you basing this off of? Just this scan of him defeating two beings who derive their powers from him? Is that it?

So your stance is that The Presence and Thanos with the HOTI would stalemate? (That was my opinion, too.)

there can be no other alternative when two omnipotent beings battle. that's why these type of threads = fail, imo. ermm

Meh, unless they're two Marvel beings with their "levels of infinite." 😉

So then Thanos with the Heart of the U would Stalemate TOAA?

Until TOAA decided to take it away - yes.

Feats are heavily in favor of the heart. I dont know how anyone could think stalemate....or see the heart losing here.

This is the best approach. Except The DC God doesn't seem to like sharing his power.

I don't care what you're fallaciously trying to make out that madman to be.

Morrison avatar knew he was in a comic book (a fictional fantasy) that's made of paper and ink.

This hairy bozo thinks he's GOD, that exists in infinite Dimensions,
he thinks he's really eating Michael and heaven, LOL!!!

Morrison avatar knows there's no such fact as infinite or even TWO Dimensions
in the real world, or even "Heaven" for that matter,
heck, Grant Morrison doesn't even believe in a God relating to organized religion,
bet you didn't know that.

Get real dogs.

The Morrison avatar thought it was something more than a drawing. It wasn't. It was a drawing. On a piece of paper.

There is a difference though good friend.

Th fact that Morrison knows he's in a comic book, that's made of paper & ink,
while the Presence thinks he's an eternal God,
made of infinite Dimensions that can eat Angels including all of heaven.

A Morrison-type avatar would know that's not really happening,
but the Presence thinks it is.

This is because it is acting out as a fictional representation of GOD,
while Morrison was acting like a fictional representation of a human being.

That's where you're wrong.

The Morrison avatar knew it was something more, because it was,
namely, a representation of Grant Morrison, a DC writer now in the real world.

Of course the drawing is just a drawing, but the Morrison drawing represents reality,
while the Presence represents fantasy/ideology/absolute fiction.

See the difference?

When it comes down to it. The morrison avatar and the Presence have exactly the same power. But that Presence that the Spectre sees, appears to the Spectre that way becuz he wants him to see him that way. So the morrison avatar and the presence do NOT confict in anyway. and the presence is talking to the spectre in ways the spectre can understand. It does not in anyway say that he believes he is anything. He talks very matter of fact about it.

knowledge of the 'real world' still doesn't make the morrison avatar anything more than an "in-comic god" though [just like the kooky old guy in the scans i posted]. characters like joker, animal man, mxy, etc. have this same basic knowledge, yet they are still "in comic" characters.

same can be said about the kirby/bum avatars of god, over in marvel. imo.

we will simply never see anything more than an "in-comic god" for obvious reasons.

The presence is a fictional character while the morrion avatar represents a real person. See the difference? Its kinda simple me thinks.
