Then, by your logic, The Presence isn't absolutely omnipotent, either. Because there is an Ultimate Light. And do you know what ultimate means? There can't be two ultimates. So if GEB wasn't battling The Presence, The Presence doesn't have absolute omnipotence either.
I can play word games, too.
What the hell are you talking about?
You are twisting facts with your opinions.
The Ultimate Light and Great Evil Beasts are insignificant specks when compared to the omnipotence of The Presence.
The Presence encompasses everything that there was, is, and will be in DC and Vertigo. It is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. There is no artifact or being greater or more powerful than The Presence in the DCU.

Yahweh is Michael & Lucifer's father. The Presence is Michael & Lucifer's father.
Yahweh = the Presence

"None of us can be our own maker."
..............................................................................
In fact, the Presence outright states:
"I'm infinite and eternal, but even I was shaped by external forces"."
..............................................................................
Here the Presence is asking Lucifer if they want to exchange memories
because he wants to know Lucifer better.
Apparently not absolutely omniscient ey?
"You escaped your function, that's why I want to know you better."

Does any of this make DC's GOD any less supreme?
Of course not, it's a comic book story created by finite human minds,
and as such the characters will in some way reflect the limitations of humanity,
in order to make the story connect with our limited reality if even in the slightest of ways.
Otherwise it's a story concerning cosmic fantasy that can relate to no one,
which will make the book vapid very fast,
because defining infinity fails to excite most determinate minds.
The same eventuality took place in The End: Marvel,
again, for the simple purpose of giving the story some relating substance.

Just like the "external forces" of Marvel (TOAA) that made THOTI the supreme being.
What I would like to point out aswell is that the Michael that appeared in the Spectre series, and fought Spectre can't be the same Michael that appeared in the Lucifer series because, as the story illustrates, Sandalphon captured Michael around the War in Heaven period, and only when Lucifer came back from his retirment was he finally freed. Thus, using the Lucifer series to prove that Yahweh and the main-DCU God are the same thing and so, isn't really accurate.
Just another point which shows that though the Vertigo and DCU line share many similarities, they are not exactly the same.

Its up to the reader.

Vertigo is a seperate imprint. It is not been included in the 52 nore in the infinite verses.
Presence did not have full control of its own perspective universe. Why THOTI Thanos did have absolute control with no one to defy him. I say this display is much greater, because of his abilties to do so to his universe.

No the point is, People who want to try and put DC down and the presence down will NOT agree. Saying no one agrees is a lie. I agree as do others. It's not the same Micheal.
