Started by §P0oONY7 pages

Gone in 60 Seconds, Face Off and Blade Runner. (Got at the same time)

My first dvd was Next Friday

The matrix!!!!

Jaws!

I bought my first DVD back in 2003 from ColumbiaHouse. I think it was Bruce Almighty or Ocean's Eleven.

Don't Say A Word back in 2002.

The Goonies was the reason I bought a DVD player though. I desperately wanted to see the film again but it wasn't available on VHS in Sweden. It was, however, out on DVD and so I went and bought me a DVD player. I had already ordered Don't Say A Word on VHS but hadn't received it yet so I emailed the online store and asked if they could change the order to a DVD version instead, and there you go.

The fifth element

The Godfather Trilogy

I was a late bloomer but atleast it was a classic set =D

The Two Towers Special Edition.

Night Of The Living Dead and Nosferatu.......and porn.

Superman the movie

I can't remember for certain... one of these firsts thought was braveheart.. I had the vhs version... then i bought the dvd... then when i lost that another dvd.. now that i've lost it... one day i shall get a ps3 and buy that dang movie in blueray.

my favorite of all time. 😄

Scary Movie 2

i think it was the matrix.

Gettysburg

Star wars: Attack of the Clones (what a load of crap)

Probably porn.

Hmm...I think Romancing the Stone came with our first DVD player.

But the first LOTR movie is the first one I can remember buying.

My dad got a dvd player so he could watch the Matrix, but I think the first dvd I bought with my own money was bunch of anime series at a comics con when I was in high school. Probably Helsing, Trigun and Cowboy Bebop.

I joined Columbia House in 2002 and got 6 DVD's for only $1!

They were JPI/II/III, Trainspotting and Wizard of Oz...I was drunk most of that year and cannot recall what the other 2 were.

I am sorry.
