Why? Because Thor came out of nowhere and cheap-shotted Red Hulk a few times? Because he couldn't do what regular Hulk did (knock him out in 2 punches)?

To say the least, I find this so-called reasoning of yours flawed. It's completely asinine to change one's entire perspective based on ONE single issue. Not to mention the fact that nothing in that comic proves Thor would beat Superman.

And besides, Current Thor =/= Classic Thor. Current still has the Odin Power.

Btw, it's so cute how you give so much benefit of the doubt to Marvel characters, rather than DC ones. This just helps show your bias.

Thor beat him ina few strikes. He didnt know anything about Rulk and in their second encounter he almost killed him quite easily.

For one Supes has a weakness against magic and I feel that writer didnt touch upon it. This shouldnt have eluded you. Thor was shocked he cuaght it and lost mainly due to that fact imo.

Current Thor has a different attitude than classic Thor. He holds back less.

You are one to talk about bias. 😂

What a horrible misconception. In EVERY single instance that Thor has used the godblast, it's taken him quite a bit of time for the blast to "warm up" so to speak, plus he has to pray, etc. He has to do a myriad of convoluted pre-blast stuff in order for it to work. What's Superman going to do in the mean time? Stand there like the douche bag from Austin Powers yelling "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" for five minutes?

Doubtful. We're talking about a guy who has the speed to rebuild an entire city in mere moments.

A godblast against someone like Superman would be a terrible mistake for Thor to make.

Some consider this a godblast. Whatever this is it could finish Superman imo.

The very fact that Thor has to summon the Godblast is enough of evidence to me that he can't summon it before someone with super speed moves out of the way, out of the battle, or clocks him. nice try tho.
What exactly is moving out of teh way going to do. It is a constant beam of energy he can move it where they are going. It's not like he can not move the hammer around while doing it 😬

And how much effort does it take for him to conjure and keep it going. I'm sure if it were this all powerful weapon that could end the battle's quickly, he would surely use it more. Like when he's gotten his head bashed in by nefaria, or Hulk, or the destroyer. And you act as if someone is going to stand there while he conjures up the beam, which takes time.

Not as much as you think. After using it on Juggernaut he was still able to teleport Juggernaut away.

As to why he doesn't use it more there are a few things you neglecting.

1) Thor holds back a lot like Superman. Think about the times he has used it. Once on Galactus who is exceptionally powerful. Once on Juggernaut who is indestructible, and Exitar a freakin Celestial. A trend in this list is that these people can easily shrug of Thor's normal attacks.

In fact in the fight with Juggernaut, we see Thor using an ever increasing power level with his attacks as he sees the previous one was not working.

2) Thor is a versatile character. He isn't like Supes where people have to right him using the Godblast like HV. Thor's the kinda guy that can adapt his attacks to a particular situation. Why throw one gigantic beam of energy at a speedster when raining lightning from above does the trick better. Why use an energy blast when you can suck the energy right out of the person. Why try a beam at all when Thor can put them in an energy shield.

What none of this means is that he can not use his Godblast on speedy people. It's just that A) it would obliterate most of them, and B) He has better options to use. 😬

Juggernaut breaks Konvikt leaving Superman to try and tackle both Thor and Juggernaut.

Superman loses. Easy peasy lemon squeasy.

Who so? Juggs isn't as mobile or fast as Konvict. Look how fast and high he leaps. And Konvict seems to be as strong as Superman. Who is stronger than Juggs. He also has an armored form that amps his durability considerably.

You think that Supes is stronger than Juggs? Based on?

So by your logic any brick thats strng and can jump can defeat Juggs?
