No, I have a friend (he's in college far away right now) who has played them all and bored me to tears with every detail of each game, so that's how I'm familiar with them all.

You can learn a lot by watching a Walkthrough, but isn't the same if you actually play the game, trust me.

If I had a PlayStation again, I'd want to play FF8.

Final Fantasy VIII have an awesome story. You'll enjoy. My favorite is Final Fantasy IX though, weird, isn't it? I won't deny it, I am a Squall fan-boy, lol.

My other friend's fav was IX, so lol.

Those BIOS are a pain in the ass, I had a lot of trouble before, I don't have a Playstation Emulator anymore, just a GBA and a Nintendo DS.
