It's in there somewher,forget the issue. Being tagged isn't the only indication that SS doesn't have fast movement...like I said, which situation has had SS moving a invisably fast speed while brawling or without the aid of his board....?

the board is an extension of the surfer. it applies when talking about any feats. it's not just a mode of transport.

SS doesn't have movement superspeed, speedster like QS,Flash,Zoom,Runner,Supes,WW have this which is why they can move the way they do. To know knowledge...SS has only basic human movement.

Movment as in general movement, how he can attack,run,leap,dodge and basically any function of movement...and im referring to bodily movement not external devices like his board.
