I guess having expectations from a movie directed from Michael Bay, is like hoping to see Elvis Priesley well and alive walking in Times Square nowdays.
We get to know more about the Transformers origins, well for us fans, it's no big deal, but for the people who get introduced to the TF universe by the movies it's important.The Autobots joining forces with humans looked a cool idea too, no way humans can take out the Decepticons on their own.Starscream coming back to Earth with reinforcements to kick ass, Megatron's resurrection, the fallen, I swear I had chills going down my back when I bought the ticket yesterday night and entered into the cinema.Then the movie started...and now I'm glad to hear Bay dropped out of the direction for future installments of the TF movies.
-How can Optimus go head to head with Starscream, Grindor, and the resurrected and more powerful than in the first movie Megatron, when he almost got killed in the first just by fighting 1 on 1 with big M?

-The few Decepticons in the Mission City battle wrecked havok and were killed with effort by the Autobots and humans, and not all of them died.This time, the army steal the spotlight, and they become the major force, wrecking more havok on the Decepticons than the Autobots themselves.This makes the AB presence almost pointless.Humans are supposed to be able to keep up, but no defeat the Decepticons without Autbots help, unless the use of REALLY heavy weaponry.
-Jetfire who looks like the robotic version of an old man on the brink of death, walking around with a cane....opening space bridge portals at will with NO EXPLANATION about the space bridge technology.
Only a child who don't know shit about the TF Universe can appreciate the CGI use, big robots fighting, soldiers, explosions, the usual **** with no brain portrayed by Megan Fox.

only problem with that is that he would of been carrying 3 transformers and four people...and the SR-71 is a two man vehicle, so it wouldn't off been feasible.
I know that but they could of easily fixed that with showing him adjust his design to accomidate the 4 humans and some how the 3 autobots maybe in the missle bays or some compartment.
Instead of doing this stupid space bridge.
at any rate it was dumb that he was just sitting in the smithonian waiting.

They took one of the fastest coolest looking planes ever built and turn it into a OLD wtf fart that you only saw fly for 2 seconds, and didn't use it the way they should.

Even though I thought the Pretenders sucked originally through to this day, this is meant to be TFs not Terminator/the matrix.

3000-4000-god knows how many years ago: The 13 original Cybertronians (not Primes, keeping it true to the original story) are sent from Cybertron to harvest Energon...they find earth, blah blah blah. Vector Prime goes into the Void to watch time (like he does) ready to appear in the respective sequel to help the Autobots and Sam. Ultra Magnus stays on Cybertron to protect the All-Spark...jump forward to present day...
- Just to clear things up, a couple of things are just gonna be what i think should of been done in particular circumstances, not just a complete script re-write
Now from modern day: 'The Fallen' still included is trying to find this Sun-Harvester thing (I didn't have a problem with that). Autobots are part of an elite team of Cybertronians and Humans formed to protect the earth from the remaining threat of the Decepticons...(see i don't have many problems with the initial plot). Soundwave hacks military satellite to find location of Megatron, and Militarily store shard of the All-Spark (I thought it was silly having Sam have a shard in his pocket, 2 years after Megatrons death...stupid).
Soundwave drops Ravage to the location of the shard and the insecticons form that blade thing and steal the shard etc. Decepticons use the shard to resurrection Megatron, as Galvatron with all his respective powers (can't find a way to work Unicron in). Galvatron and the Decepticons return to where ever it is (one of Saturn's moons i think?). The Fallen says about "only a prime can destroy me blah".
Decepticons fall to earth again to make their presents known, Soundwave being used to broadcast the Fallen's message to the world. Autobots: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Iron Hide, Ratchet and Sideswipe find Decepticons: The Fallen, Starscream and Grindor (the Blackout clone) and an epic battle ensues. The Fallen is wounded but not severely, Grindor gets destroyed by Optimus's arm swords and iron hides massive cannons and starscream runs away like a girl. Optimus gets killed by The Fallen and The Fallen flys away somewhere...
Everyone's devastated by the death of Optimus, and the Autobots tell Sam that there is an Autobot (not ex-Decepticon turned Autobot) who knows how to resurrect Optimus - Jetfire, still the SR-71 Blackbird, but not decrepid. They go to whatever museum it is they find him in and awaken him, he tells them about the Matrix of Leadership. They go to the Egyptian desert they go to in the film and find the tomb of the Primes and the Matrix.
The army bring Optimus (to the same location as the film) and Sam and the Autobots go with him too. The Autobots already at the location with the army are: Arcee, Chromia, and Jolt (wasn't aware he was actually in the Film tbh). They defend against the impending wrath of the Decepticon army raining down, as much as possible, until the rest of the Autobots get there...
Meanwhile, The Fallen is roaming Egypt looking for the Sun-Harvester and eventually finds it...Galvatron has a disagreement with The Fallen, they battle but stalemate and Galvatron goes back to the Decepticon creating facility on Saturn's moon to harvest the power of the unborn Decepticons, and isn't heard from until the respective sequel.
The Fallen makes his last move, calling in Devastator (in his broken down form, and then they combine). Arcee and Sideswipe try to hold off Devastator as long as possible while the American navy power up that massive laser cannon, but instead of taking one hit, it takes several with help from Arcee and Sideswipe.
Eventually, several of the Constructicons are destroyed, making it so Devastator has to break apart into it's individual parts...Sam resurrects Optimus with the Matrix. Optimus helps fight the Decepticon army for a while while Arcee and Sideswipe fight off Rampage, Long Haul and Mixmaster (the other Construcitons being dead). Iron Hide goes to help Arcee and Sideswipe.
The Fallen eventually comes to the main fight, while Soundwave falls out of orbit and uncovers the rest of the Sun-Harvester. The Fallen gets briefly deterred by some of the US Abrams tanks before using his magnet power, he then takes down Bumblebee (but doesn't kill him) and Ratchet before Optimus tackles him. The Fallen then flys over to where Soundwave is and both start uncovering the Sun-Harvester...Jetfire combines with Optimus and Optimus flys over to soundwave and punts him away (wounding him and he then flys back into space), then Optimus deals with The Fallen...an Epic Battle ensues resulting in many spare parts being sprawled across the desert and both Optimus and The Fallen being wounded heavily.
The rest of the Autobots gather round The Fallen as Optimus gets up. The Fallen then says about how they're all weak and they'll never stop him...he then sends out a shock wave, knocking them all back, and he flys into space...the Autobots regather themselves and do whatever they do...
Cutting to Saturn's Moon again...The Fallen, heavily wounded finds Galvatron harvesting the energon from the unborn Decepticons and accosts him, Galvatron - still worked up about the disagreement they had - turns to him and destroys him...Soundwave (because he didn't go straight to Saturn's Moon) lands at the moon at the base and see's Galvatron hanging over The Fallens destroyed body. Galvatron looks up to see Soundwave standing there, and Soundwave gets down on one knee and bows...Galvatron laughs to fade
END!
there's a couple of holes that i couldn't find ways to fill, but generally this is how i think the film shoulda turned out...nevertheless, tell me what you think 😄 , criticism expected and wanted 😛

Act I:
2009: Skywarp, Thundercracker and Starscream are attacking Los Angeles. They pursue Sideswipe, Bluestreak and Brawn through the streets seeking to torture Prime to get the matrix.
After they cleverly isolate Bluestreak and Brawn from Prime, they all close in from three different angles and manage to overpower him.
They try to no avail to rip the matrix out from inside him and fly off With Prime's head, for reasons that we see leaving Prime body outside Mann's Chinese theater in quite the state of decapitation.
Back at the decepticon base in Oregon, they report back to and expectant Acting commander Shockwave who is waiting to give life to the newly constructed Constructicons (with a new body for Bonecrusher), and Jetfire..
He has also recovered Megatron from the abyss, but Megatron is hanging up in a state of repair on the biomechanical walls, along with the other damaged decepticons .
Megatron is NOT happy about being usurped by Shockwave.
And neither is Starscream either, as he sees himself as leader, but serves Shockwave for now.
They put Prime's head on a machine that was built to extract data.
But they have problems with the hardware in accessing what they need from Prime.
In a scene with some exposition about Shockwave about how Starscream's team will have to go find some component for it, it is revealed that as predicted safe guard, Prime absorbed the energy of the Matrix case in his chest and has been heavily encrypted in some awesome fashion that will take the deceps a few days to break.
At the Autobots new base dubbed affectionately the Ark, made from the craft that bought them to our solar system in the first movie.. (not that we saw it.) Ratchet and Wheeljack work on Primes body and ascertain what has happened to Prime's head and the Matrix.
At the meeting Prowl, Ironhide and Huffer are disappear suddenly in bright blue flash (with the sound of thunder backwards).
Meanwhile at decepticon HQ Megatron, Skywarp and Bombshell are suddenly not there anymore. The decepticons take it as an attack and go out to sort out the Autobots.
Prompted by the disappearance of the missing autobots,
Ratchet goes with Sam to go see what they can find out at the decepticons base, with Bluesteak, Sidewipe, Bumblebee and Cliffjumper as backup..
After a brief incursion with Decepticon security, the Autobots withdraw, being outgunned by Starscream and Thundercracker.
They fail to notice Sam jumping out of Ratchet before the left.
Sam finds his way inside the deceptibase (Trypticon) and uses a tracking device Ratchet gave him to find Primes head.
The tracking dev also has a dampening field around the user, designed to prevent detection by decep sensors, but leaves the user totally visible to the eye.
Prime's eyes light up in recognition of Sam and Prime reveals that the decep plan must be to extract the Matrix energy from his head in order to create sentiency among the Constructicons
Sam realises that he cant move Prime himself.
As the decepticons are outside pursuing the withdrawing Autobots,
(Gratuitous battle scenes intercut with Sam's mission) it'd be hard to get Primes headpast them even if he could move the head. Prime warns that the Decepticons must never get the matrix as it could tip the fortunes of the war. As he says this, Prime Appears to shoot Sam in the eyes with his own for second or two.
Prime looks wiped out for now and when sam regains conciousness after what looked like a trace for 10 secs he tells Optimus that he'll come back for him and leaves, all messed up.
(End of act I.)
(Act II.)
Sam makes it to the rendevous site with the Autobots who sustained damage against the decepticons.
As we see the Autobot convoy approach the ark, they drive past a rock, which we stay focused on as they go by.
Out from behind that rock springs Ravage who scurries off back away to decepticon base. (Implication that he has been inside the Ark whilst the Autobot strikeforce was away.
He reports to tjhe newly returned Shockwave that the Autobots are as clueless about what happened to their lost numbers, as the deceps are.
Ext: quiet countryside.
Massive blue flash and a clap of thunder
And Two futurisic Jets, one lookin like a flying hovercraft the other is long nosed and has wings that angle forward rather than backwards.
They destroy a few buildings, shoot down planes and announce themselves to all present. Their weapons tech is incredible.
It yields much devastation.
The Jets transform as they land and they throw one such weapon to the floor. It transforms and increases in size and forms a massively powerful looking robot mode with a big orange cannon on his right arm he immedately uses it to level a nearby rockface as a demonstration of his might.
He announces to all and sundry that Galvatron has arrived and that earth is now his.
Back at Trypticon, the deceps efforts to unencrypt Prime's Matrix succeed. The manage to get prime to give a life giving energy burst of Matrix, enough to make them animate, but not yet fully sentient.
Shockwave realises what has happened and sees that Prime has already uploaded and moved the file.
Ravage shows that the Autobots returned to the ark with a human in tow. Shockwave begins to realise what has occurred, and after Jetfire has also been given life, its not really full sentience either, he orders the capture of Bumbleebee and the fleshling.
The constructicons transform and leave for the ark.
New York Times square.
Bright blue light and thunderclap.
Hot Rod, Kup and Blurr emerge from the rip in spacetime and immediately set about finding the Ark.
Acting City Commander Ultra Magnus scans the Ark's long range monitoring and sattelite feed out to find the source of the commotion caused by Galvatron, Scourge and Cyclonus.
Thats when he notices the times square arrivals too.
Trypticon picks ups signals too. Three of them and they approach fast.
Galvatron tackles on Shockwave and his lietenants, the seekers and overpower them with massive ease. Soundwave appears in G1 robot mode form and ejects Lazerbeak, Buzzsaw, Rumble, Ravage and Frenzy, but they cannot help him in his fight against Cyclonus.
Cyclonus beats him unconcious.
Galvatron commandeers the Decpticon forces and Trypticon.
and informs the decpticons that they will be building a new weapon of interplanetary range in Oregon.
The constructicons arrive at the ark and stop. The all treandform to robot mode. The Arks' sensors go off and Ultra Magnus Leads Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, Cliffjumper Red Alert and Tracks outside to meet the threat. The Constructicons (partly contolled by Shockwave), attack and the Autobots retaliate.
The battle seems even at first Constructicon strength against Autobot speed and sentience. But then the Constructicons combine and form (G1) Devastator who starts trudging forward to destroy the ark.
Magnus soon look likes he is on his own after many of the Autobots take even more of a beating..
..until Hot Rod, Kup and Blurr arrive to back his up. Magnus doenst recognise them, yet can tell they are Autobots. Blurr uses his ridiculous speed to attack devastator at his joints as Devastator rips a chunk off of the back of the Ark and throws it at Magnus, which he only just manages to avoid.
Hot rod blasts away with his arm cannons at Devastator's face and eyes. Kup attacks the legs, hoping to destroy Devastator's support.
The battle rages for a good five minutes and in the end the constructicons reteat after Kup forces the right leg to seperate and Devastator is half blinded and sustaining injuries from Magnus's shoulder mounted rocket attacks and Blurrs high powered laser rifle.
Kup steps up to explain that they are from 2026 and that they have travelled back in time to stop Galvatron from levelling most of the east coast in a test with a new weapon that he plans to build.
Cut to Sam who now for reasons he doesnt yet know, understands deep mechanical and physical and math equations that are in Wheeljacks' logs, which he and the Autobots are studying to plan a strike on Trypticon. He has a connection with the new Jet Shockwave built. And keeps seeing things through the Jets' "eyes" at random intervals and as it happens metal objects near him start to float and combine.
Kup and Magnus realise what symptons this may be and they ascertain that Sam has been burned with the Matrix..
They realise that Prime must be rescued because of his pivotal role in things to come, and prepare their counter attack on decep HQ.
