Well, even if they dont kill him, either Malak or Kreia sneaks behind him and shoves a saber between his shoulder blades. Kreia can hide her presence in the force i know that............. Malak cant, but i think he may be able to hold Dooku off for at least a minute. And considering how small that time frame is, even longer. Way longer. Dooku would come out the winner of that, but then Kreia can kill him.
