good concept art.. I hope Hardy bulks up really good

I know Hardy has bulked up before, but I don't know if he can get to Bane's size. They might resort to a muscle suit (ala Vinnie Jones as Juggernaut.)

Muscle suits never look fully real. I hope they don't go that direction. If he gets back to the size he was in Bronson, that should be enough.

I don't see Hathaway as Catwoman and I don't think these villains are good picks to finish out the series but... I gotta trust Nolan.

I just cannot get at all excited about this new Batman movie.How could they have been such idiots and decide to use Base as the villian!!!! He is the most lame ass villian of them all!!! I have a feeling this movie will seek the nolan franchise. Bane is the eqilvilant lame ass villain to the batman universe as THE SPOT is to spiderman.

In my opinion I would have rocked The Riddler. That'd be almost like the Joker though, just a little more mysterious and fun. I just don't know how Catwoman will hold up to the Bat.

There's now the rumor about Robin Williams playing Hugo Strange. I can totally see him in that role. He'd finally get a role in a Batman movie like he always wanted.

But I'm curious how they will do Bane. The Venom drug is completely unrealistic and Nolan seems to keep things rooted in reality.

That was stirred up by Jett from Batman on Film. He has been saying that he wants Robin Williams as Hugo, but no sources have said that he will. Here is his response from today:

Absolutely nothing. All I was doing was thinking out loud after a chat I had with an industry friend of mine. Put those 2 together things together and, “RW as Strange? Hmm…..”

That’s it.

I’m flattered that all these outlets think that one of my Tweets is a story, but really, they’re all making a mountain out of very small anthill. If I knew that Hugo Strange was in the film for a fact -- as well as Robin Williams portraying the character -- I wouldn’t say anything about it anywhere.

Not saying this will happen, but Nolan could certainly make Venom out to be some kind of steroid which could fit into his world

as for Robin Williams as Hugo Strange read the same rumor, but I don't think it will turn out true at this very moment

Bane is a worthy villain. Anyone who thinks otherwise honestly doesn't know the character.

Or adrenaline. He could be in the middle of fighting Batman and give himself a burst of energy right in the middle of the fight.

i think its only because of how shumacher(sp?) portrayed him, with Nolan he'll find a way to fit Bane in
