Batman 3 Discussion Thread

Put Joseph Gordon levitt as the riddler that would be good. I think bane is definatley doable in nolans universe. IMO he doesnt have to be a huge man like in batman and robin. He could just be slightly bigger than batman. And I could totally see a third villain. Like the dark knight had joker, 2 face and scarecrow.
This could have bane, and the riddler and catwoman in a very small role.

I've been told, and I agree to some point, that he looks extremely like Heath Ledger. Now I highly doubt this but could he reprise Joker? Even for a little scene?

I'm excited too but he can't say anything bad at this point other wise he'd be fired. I think the actors and every one around are contractually obligated to promote the film. I remember Patrick Stewart promoting the last star trek movie he did and it was all good!!!

yeah it would have been too soon to do the riddler after doing the joker,but they could have come up with a better villian to team up with catwoman since they HAD to have a team up. 😠 I dont like the team up with catwoman at all,she should tackle the bat alone.It didnt work in Batman Returns with her teaming up with Penguin,hard to believe it will this time around either.

Who said that Catwoman will team up with Bane in this movie? We don't know the script yet. Joker and Two-Face didn't team up in TDK. If Catwoman will team up with anyone in the film, it will most likely be Batman instead of Bane.

catwoman going up against batman is a semi-romantic story. it can't carry a movie by itself; as she wouldn't be a proper antagonist.

Agreed.

And Bane isn't a lame villain. He hasn't been in a really meaningful story since basically the 1990's, but he's not lame by any means.

As I said before we could get 3 villains. Bane, catwoman and the riddler. As I think catwoman will be a vey small role!

Nolan's gonna have to do it good if its gonna have 3 villains(Yes i know it has'nt been confirmed) otherwise it will end up like Spidey 3, Batman and Robin.

Technically the dark knight had 3 villains too. Scarecrow, joker and 2 face. And if he does put 3 in I think one will be a very reduced role to maybe come back in a 4th movie? If we are lucky enough to get it.

There will be no 4th movie! Nolan has already said so.
