Les not forget that he was being misled. He couldnt just obliterate everyone involved. He was going to different places and eliminating as more as a whole instead of focusing on individuals. He wasnt backed by The Presence. Spectre somewhat lacked the power he had in the beginning. I dont think Stranger can be killed and that was stated. Spectre didnt fight Nabu either in the beginning. Nabu offered to take over, but Fate told him to be quiet or something like that. It wasnt till later Nabu was actually free from his host.

Dude every magic user hanged with the Spectre in day of vengeance, that doesn't put them above Thor. And the PS was not able to affect Spectre the slightest. Why shouldn't I bring the mouse tranformation. The spectre treated him like he was nothing.
But if we are to ignore this, please show me something else that puts him above Thor.

As i said,when the magicians got their shit together they were tooling Spectre.
Taking them all was beyond him,that's probably why he had to go for power sources first.

All hyperbole. It was already stated that as long as magic exists, so does he. He would never be truly destroyed. He chose to slug it with Cap. Its something he didnt have to do, and that was shown books later. Black Alice could have held the power for longer, but she still wouldnt have been able to harm him. That was stated as well. She was stuck with his power, unable to do anything to him with it.😬

He has done nothing all these years to sugest he can beat RKT.

and again,he put down standard CM,but lost to magician backed CM,and had to flee and recover.
Had Enchantress not lost it,they could have beaten him down,and found a way to contain him.

Remember feats arent everything, otherwise Bats and Captain America would beat the Watchers
Maybe in sheer feats RKT would win but realistically PS is above RKT
