If this were comic book Batman, then yeah, I'd say he stands a chance but since this is the Bale incarnation of the character, I say Ozymandias stomps.

Comic Ozy much like Doc Manhattan only seems impressive because of a lack of real competition in his verse, big fish in a small pond syndrome.
