All those writers and so on, have never written, Hulk defeating Thor. Ever. Hell, Stan Lee, the creator of both, even stated, that Thor was created to be stronger and powerful, since you value opinions so much, it doesn't get any higher than that.
If you actually think that the Hulk is the strongest being ever in Marvel, when there are characters like Living Tribunal, Galactus, Tiamut, and others running around, then you need a reality check.

You mean the same Hulk, who was bleeding like a stabbed pig for entire pages, from one punch to the face from She-Hulk, and one punch from the Thing.
The Hulk was black and blue throughout that entire arc. His durability is actually shitty compared to other top tiers, but his healing factor makes up for it.
Wolverine was stabbing him just fine. He just said he was harder to cut.
If anything what happened to Thor can be called plot induced stupidity based on all of Thor's durability feats, and Thor with only a small portion of the Odin Force and weaker than he has ever been, being able to take direct slashes from a Skrull with the Stormbreaker Axes that was easily manhandling Beta Ray Bill with one arm and didn't even have a scratch as I recall.
Also if by stab, you mean a slash, then I agree with you.

I have all read all of Thor's appearances, cannon and non cannon. Sue me, if I don't recall, a single instance. I'm being dead serious. Scans?
I have scans of Thor not even being bothered at all by high caliber armor piercing bullets to the body/face, lazers, rockets, and so on if you want though.
