Destroyer vs WWH

Isn't it common knowledge by now that everyone that is set against Hulk in Marvel turns into a brick?

Does anyone recall Gladiator using his spead or properly range attacks for instance?

Thor has shown great fighting skills beating Loki and Fenris unarmed while he turns into a pub browler when it comes to Hulk

It being a comic book has what to do with the way the Hulk and Thor fights are written as? Lulz. Tell that to when Thor rapes top tiers, or Hulk easily manhandles teams of top tiers.

hulk has pretty much unlimited strength. potentially, he is stronger than thor. at base levels, it's about even, imo.

So basically every single fight since Thor is able to match him in strength no matter the incarnation or level of strength.

Potentially he is stronger than Thor. Potentially. He has yet to show this in any fight though. I mean ever.

At base levels it's about even? Dude, at base levels Hulk is some where near the 100 ton range.

The Hulk is far far beyond his base level when he fights Thor. He can amp up too meet the challenge. His done so in the past.

Hell, Thor has stalemated him for hours on end, even despite his "constant" amping in strength.

Dude, Thor threw away his hammer because the Hulk was so scared he resorted to a hostage. The only reason it was gone for so long was because Thor willed it too to stay away for a time. Even when it came back and he was scared, he was even ready to throw away Mjolnir, and continue fighting.

In your opinion you mean. Even back then when according to you it meant something, he had the same mindset.

I highly doubt that's the way they think over at Marvel.

If it is:

Thor sacrifing Mjolnir because Hulk is scared, isn't a sign of being stupid or anything along those lines, but a sign of him being a hero, and putting innocents over himself. Everytime a hero sacrifices himself or lays down his arms, because an innocent isn't a sign of less intelligence or the sort.
