STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- Broken

"Oh. Give me a moment then, please..." she replies, before closing the door. She dresses quickly, making sure that she has Myraline's lightsaber safely clipped to her own belt, before joining her out in the corridor.

"Do you know if they've made any decisions?" she asks, wondering whether to share her vision with her former mentor or not.

"I was told they had not," Myraline says. You notice that she has an older lightsaber at her belt, the one built by Master Jeph that Ciira modeled her lightsaber off of.

So I'm assuming someone fixed that lightsaber at some point between Beseedra and now? 😛

"Ahh. I had a vision last night about this...the first one I've had in years," Rianna replies, looking down.

Yes, Myraline repaired it to cheer Ciira up, with Rianna's help.

Myraline stops dead in her tracks.

"What did you see?"

Rianna will share it with her, leaving out the last part, of course.

"I don't like it. I went to the Archives last night afterwards, to see what I could find about Ord Coridari. There had been a battle against the Sith there, and the descriptions of it matched what I saw. Supposedly the explosion was caused by a natural source, but...I don't believe that. And I think that, whatever it was that did cause it, Rand may be after..."

Will you be fabricating an ending or will you be leaving it out entirely?

Leaving it out entirely. I don't think Rianna's much of a good liar 😛

And so your vision ends with you spiralling into the mines.

Myraline stops dead in her tracks.

"You had a vision?" Myraline says. "That is fortunate. Perhaps there is something there that Rand will be after. Hopefully the Council will agree to send you, then..."

"I think there must be...it's rare that the Force ever gives me anything like this. And I really do hope they decide to..."

"As do I. I will tell you now that the Council has decided not to send me with you... I do not know who is to accompany you."

"You don't know who? I don't know that I like that...you know I tend to not like working with other people and even though I don't always get along with you, at least we're used to working together..." Rianna says as they walk.

"I am sure whoever the Council assigns, they will be decent to work with," Myraline says. "They know how you are with others and your preference for solo work, but in this case you need assistance. I, however, have been assigned to diplomatic relations with the Hutts. They have been encroaching on the area outside their agreed borders, and they seem to respect me for some reason."

"That is an assignment I do not envy you..."

"Indeed. I have had good experiences with them before, but they are difficult to work with."

"I'd imagine," Rianna says. "I suppose I should see what the Council has decided, then..."

"Yes, you should," Myraline says.

You take the lift up to the Council chambers where Trorn asks you to wait a moment as the Council assembles. When he lets you in, Myraline waits behind, and you stand in the midst of the full Council.

"Thought hard, have you?" Master Yoda prompts you as soon as you are in.

"I did as you said, and meditated on it. The Force gave me a vision...and between the fact that that is very rare for me and what I saw, I believe that what Rand is looking for there is far more dangerous than any danger that I would be in," Rianna replies.

"What did you see?" Mace Windu asks.

Rianna will describe it the same way she did to Myraline, leaving out the last bit entirely.

"I also did some research last night, and it reminded me of the battle with the Sith that had happened on Ord Coridari. I don't think that explosion was caused by anything natural..."

"Such an event seems unlikely to be coincidental," Ki-Adi-Mundi says. "I believe the Coridarian Battle is what you witnessed in your vision, and if there is something there that Rand may seek to gain, he should be stopped."

"There is no doubt of that," Windu says. "It only remains to be seen if our Knight here is deemed sturdy enough to handle the threat."

"Saw yourself in your dream, you did not?" Yoda queries.
