Batman vs. John McClane

Can't believe this is still going on. Batman has had threads with Bourne, Punisher, etc. but when McClane is the opponent Batman loses. 🙄

What were the conditions in the other threads?

Batman vs man with gun.

Then Batman loses horribly.

HAve guns ever been a problem for Batman before? If not then yeah, McClane has nothin da on bats.

Batman has never faced someone even CLOSE to McClanes skill, and McClane has a ****ing machine gun. McClane is not someone painted up freak with a ****ing revolver, he is someone who takes aim and always hits his target.

I would like a basis of comparison to McClane's skill. Or, at the very least, a hierarchy.

Your overrating McClane's skill. He's great with a Beretta 92 sure. But he didn't impressz me with a MP5. He's no RoboCop. Batman faces MULTIPLE enemies with the same arnaments that McClane has here on a nightly basis and wins. Who cares if they're not as skilled. Besides, if McClane is disarmed(it happened alot in Die Hard, BB, and TDK) then Batman pwns.

McClane should do what no other person has ever thought of doing when they try to kill Batman with a gun, shoot him in the friggin mouth.

He pointed and sprayed with the HK, but it was always where he wanted it to be. Give him the Beretta only here and he still kills Bat.

Batman is gonna have to get up close and personal to disarm McClane, you do know that, right?

You act like getting up close and personal is a problem for Batman. McClane will never see him coming.

So we are back to giving Batman his stealth from the get go? Batman will never get to employ his stealth, he will be too busy being shredded by machine gun fire.

Bullshit. The OP says they see each other, implying that they are out in the open. McClane will gun Batman down before Batman can duck for cover, throw a batarang, or use his little smoke thingies.

I think this is a close call, but Batman's improvision is what let's him win here. With a little luck, McClane gets some slugs into Batman's flesh, but from what we've seen, Batman can get shot right in the stomach and still run around like he's on fire and ride a big ass motorcycle. So he'd take a few slugs, I'm sure he knows a mouth shot or any type of faceshot would be a sure kill-shot, so he'd avoid that. I mean seriously, his stalking and stealth skills border on the supernatural, he'll be seen, not for very long.

Batman is a Ninja. He has more experience in Infiltration, and stealth. I do NOT assume Batman sees McCane first.. its fact.
