I think this is a close call, but Batman's improvision is what let's him win here. With a little luck, McClane gets some slugs into Batman's flesh, but from what we've seen, Batman can get shot right in the stomach and still run around like he's on fire and ride a big ass motorcycle. So he'd take a few slugs, I'm sure he knows a mouth shot or any type of faceshot would be a sure kill-shot, so he'd avoid that. I mean seriously, his stalking and stealth skills border on the supernatural, he'll be seen, not for very long.
Honestly, I cant remember Batman taking several bullets INTO his flesh and going on.

Judging by movie feats alone, Batman is swiss cheese here. He typically goes up against half trained idiots who are armed with handguns. He has never, not once, gone up against a hoss like McClane who is armed with a submachine gun. Do the math.

I did do the math, and your view of it is cute, thank you for it. However, it's all how you see it. You can argue that what you say is law all you want till the cows come home, but I see things differently. Law? I am simply saying that McClane will unload on Batman before Batman has a chance to employ stealth.
If you read a coupla pages back you will see that I stated this thread is impossible to make even. If Batman is using stealth from the get go, you know, without McClane ever knowing he's there, then Batman wins easily. If McClane sees Batman at the start of the thread, then McClane wins easily. very little grey area here.
