Dude, McClane had his HK at the ready throughout the DH movies. It takes him MAYBE half a second to open fire.

i think bats can take down mcclane.the ONLY thing bats has to do is get the HK out of McClane's hands and it is over

Batman wins. For one he will know that going into the building with Terrorists there will be Automatic weaponry. So he isnt going to walk out into open space so carlessly and as soon as Batman sees McClane, or rather some guy with an Automatic weapon, hes going to assume he is a terrorist and then pacify him. Either with his little throwing "Bats" ,hitting in the arm so McClane drops the gun, and yes Batman is THAT accurate hes a freakin ninja for cryin out loud, or by using smoke pellets to obscure Johns sight. John hasnt had training with smoke and Batman has so it would be no great feat for Batman to find and take John out. Batman has the experience dealing with guys with guns. And if you followed the DH story even John Mcclane said he was lucky to have survived.

All McClane needs is a car.

McClane doesn't have a chance here. It's the motherfooking Batman, man. Yeah, McClane has luck and ingenuity but Batman IS luck and ingenuity. I think McClane is a near crack shot but Batman focuses his tactics around defending against guns. Guns have never been a problem for Batman before so there is no reason to believe they will be now. McClane is still the coolest though 😉
