Not really, if you're going to assume Batman isn't going to batarang McClane because of a police badge, it's safe to say McClane isn't going to murder someone he's unsure of. For all he knows, he's just a guy who likes dressing up and works in the building.

And his reflexes looked well in order when that guy who was in Lethal weapon opened the door unexpectedly infront of McClane..
The showing of fast McReflexes are so numerous that missing them is tantamount to Batblindness.

If this wasn't addrssed before, we are using DH1 McClane and Batman Begins Batman. This means Batman is not well known....at all.
To be perfectly honest, its a toss up. There are many ways either person can take out the other and truthfully when it is like that people tend to side with the one they like more.... most of the time. Sometimes there are people who like facts. From what I have read, and from what I know I can honestly say I couldnt even begin to tell you who would win. Batman DOES have better training then Mac but Batman wont kill and McClane would. I have to agree with the fact Batmans reflexes are greater then McClanes but Mcclane still reacts fast enough. If it was hand to hand fighting I would have to say Batman myself even though McClane can take a beating and keep going, Batman can as well. both people have high endurance but in the end of a Hand to Hand fight Batman will win by a small margin. He is just better trained in hand to hand combat then McClane is. But the scenario isnt about hand to hand. MacClane has his guns... Yes McClane fires and batman jumps out of the way to go for cover but then McClane is going for cover too. He isnt an idiot. Personally I woulkd shoot first at a big man in a freaky lookin suit then ask questions later. If the guy jumped for cover im going for cover to in order to gather my thoughts. Its Batman Begins bats so he has the "Cant move as best as possible but bullets arent doing much" factor and its true cops will shoot you in the chest first before the head because the Torso is a bigger target and easier to hit. They usually go for the sure thing first. So even if bats isnt fast enough to get out of the way before McClane starts to fire Batman will take a few rounds and will be winded. But McClane isnt just going to run up to Batman to finish him off. McClane doesnt know if Batman has a gun or not Because Batman Begins bats TECHNICALLY just started his whole dark knight thing. (No i do not mean the movie) So McClane is going for cover in case this "Random Freak" DOES have a gun. The following battle is then going to be based on luck. And both parties have TONS of luck. So like I said in my opinion it is a toss up.... and RJ i do not mean to be mean but the way you defend McClane you do seem a little like a fanboy.

Well thats true i suppose. in the movie I dont really recall him being shot at much by Auto-Fire. I think when there is a gun involved its at night and he Ninjas them. But still I cant choose a side here it is way to close. At least with the given scenario.
