This is supposed to be a fight. Like a VERSUS thread. If team Pro McClane's logic is applied throughout, then it comes down to little more than whoever shoots their gun first wins.
Why are you gimping Batman so he doesn't have time to avoid gunfire? He does that all the time in Begins, and we have applied that. He's disarmed henchmen from afar, he's even taken out groups simultaneously in seconds.
the batsuit protects against gunfire - it's apparent in both films, and actually stated verbatim.
This McClane argument is absolute bogus. The claiming that he has "mad skills" with guns has been said over and over, and amounts to belittling Batman's credit with taking out gunmen by saying "Oh they weren't as good as McClane"
What are some of McClane's accuracy feats? What makes him the most skilled gunmen? If you can't apply things like that, then the whole thing is forfeit, and amounts to little more than you saying "Nah Ah!" over and over.

You're so right here. I mean, Batman has never disappeared before. He never just vanishes when people lose sight of him. Never ever. Not once. I'm pretty sure he's never even taken out a guy with a gun. He definitely hasn't taken out a whole squad in seconds. Nor does his reaction time higher than McClane's. He'll totally take a peek. He doesn't have gadgets galore that will help him escape, including an incapacitating screeching noise that will take 2 seconds to utilize.

McClane is either going to assume Batman is a terrorist and unload on him right away, or....
McClane will recognize Batman, flash his badge, earn Batmans trust, THEN shoot him down. 😄
