John McClane!!!

Latino Review got word that Die Hard 5 will shoot in Puerto Rico in 2011.

"The news comes from a Puerto Rico newspaper called Primera Hora which has a quote from "Gustavo Rivera Aparicio, who's credited as general manager of 20th Century Fox offices in PR, confirming that Die Hard 5 will film in Puerto Rico in 2011. The announcement was made jointly with the Puerto Rico Film Commission." The article goes on to say that the movie will also shoot in L.A., New York and Vancouver.

The script for the film was written by Skip Woods who wrote the awful film Hitman, and The A-Team which was a really fun movie full of action-packed eye candy. That should give you an idea of what Die Hard 5 will end up being like.

The last thing we heard on the film production is that the title of the fifth film would be Die Hard 24/7. The movie will most likely be released sometime in 2012."

I did indeed. Well worth the read.

I think in DH5 we should see McClane really duking it out with someone and have a somewhat level fight. I'm not expecting his level from the Karl fight but just something to improve McClane's ability in that area.

When you look at the Karl fight though, it has always confused me how his skills deteriorated as the movies went on, and started to look easy to beat in that area.

I mean he got largely dominated in DH2 by the guy in the luggage area, he fought back but still not convincing. He took out Grant which brought the mojo back somewhat but then Stuart ripped him a new one.

DH3 he had the elevator scene (very impressive, especially when you consider the size of the thugs) but in truth his gun helped in that scenario and his fight with Targo was a bit meh.

DH4 he had a sort of equal contest with Mai, both gave as good as they got and the Free Runner dominated until McClane won out with his crafty solution.
