Instead of activating his lightsabers, as he can see the others in crater doing, Galder sweeps his left arm out to one side. The knife that runs the length of his forearm flicks out of its carry position and extends beyond the fingers of the cybernetic limb, the blade flat against the palm. Smiling, Galder moves for the Runners, not wanting to give them a chance to escape.
As he closes with the nearest Epirean runner, Galder sidesteps the incoming overhead axe blow. When the axe-head smashes into the ground, Galder plants a foot on the shaft of the weapon to give himself lift, and rams his left palm upwards, aiming to drive the knife into the Epirean's throat at an angle.
When the other Epireans close, Galder tries to stay evasive, not wanting to get hit with heavy stone axes so soon in the fighting.
Tap Unbreakable, swap with Overhead Blow.
Wanting to keep his distance with Galder and accrue kills of his own, Rand goes after the Loners. He strides calmly toward one of the beastly Epireans and waits for it to raise its axe at him, then uses the Force to yank it off balance. It falls toward him, so Rand ignites his lightsaber and sweeps it up through its path, stepping off to one side. He then brings his lightsaber across and chops into the leg of another, before flourishing and decapitating it as it struggles to rise again.
Yes, Wimps are Mooks and count for Cleave.
Here we go!
Con goes in for the Wimps! With two 1s converted, he scores 7 successes. As a sabre is a * weapon, it only needs two successes to kill a mook... so that is pretty dead!
Xavier 'only' rolls five successe,s but that is enough for the four he needs to trigger Cleave and double-kill!
Only with CHarge can Dak kill two Loners, as they are not adjacent,. he runs past one, cutting straight through his axe and armour, and then decpaites another at the end of his run without looking at it.
Lacking Charge, Rand and Rianna can only kill the one target I am afraid!
Galder has gone knife-stabby! He rolls three successes on is attack roll... but these Epireans are in leather armpour and ignore the first usccees scored! Not yet a kill...
Fight back! Well... actually no-one does!

You know, Galder, a knife is portable... but in a melle like this, one of those axes wouldn't be bad... axes are a * weapon...
Much screaming! The Wimps prostrate themselves and beg for mercy. The runners... run! They are now scattered and, unless you order the surrounding guards to kill them, some might get away. Of course, ones killed by the Epireans score for no-one.
The loners seem more accepting of death. They will now come towards you for a fight.
The fighters in the middle... stay as they are.
The Epireans outside the ring are cheering... almost salivating with bloodlust.
They are a thuggish and violent people, Gallador... but this... JOY in death and such sporting killing is unudual. In primitive cultures, such things are normally seen in deference to some sort of Gods. And you must appear as deities to some of these people... and yet... you feel that if you all left tomorrow, this bloodlust would remain. Is it all the tribes? None of the other representatives have come.
You are affecting these people.
Azarl. you are mooching around the outskirts. Instinct guides you. Your gaze falls upon Firak's bronze-plated vibro axe. You bought a shipment of 100 for his tribe a couple of years back, but only he seems to be wearing one.
It is the winter months here on Epireus, and near the mountain is is colder than normal. Your gaze now falls to some of the baggage that the Epireans brought with them. An electronic storage heater?
Using Overhead Blow with that axe... would it make it a ** weapon?
Frustrated that his target has moved its head aside just in time, and that none retaliated against his extreme defensive effort, Galder follows up against his target but slashing it across the stomach and ramming his fist into the wound, tearing out something vital...
Then, he uses the Force to snap the Epirean's heavy axe up into his hands, his knife flicking away.
"Maybe," Azarl replies to Melkor, but his gaze is not on the crater at all.
Azarl remembers the faux ceremony that Rand had set up in which they presented the axes to Firak, still fresh in their shipment crates. However, he only sees the one on Firak's person. Azarl assumes that Firak can just tell them what happened with them; he also thinks that maybe Firak made presents out of them, to spread his own influence to the other tribes.
However, the electronic heating equipment is of more interest. Not wanting to draw attention, Azarl tries to be subtle as he drifts over to the bag, using Presence to throw attention off of him. He examines this technology that the Epireans should not possess...
