All of that says to me that you haven't played any Zelda games outside of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. And Twilight Princess at the very least is more than enough to prove Link's ridiculous strength AND Ganondorf's godly durability.
Nah, it's just that cutscenes are the only thing that seem to count as as absolute canon and those games have more cutscenes.
If we're going by everything, Link could be in four places at once with the Four Sword, intangible with Magic Cape, invincible with Magic Armor, Magic Armor, Nayru's Love, and the Cane of Byrna, reflecting any ranged attacks with the Reflect Spell and Mirror Shield, invisible with the Stone Mask, attacking everything with Thunder, Bombos, Ether, Quake, and Din's Fire, stopping time with the Phantom Sword, messing with Time with the Ocarina of Time, Harp of Ages, and Rod of Seasons, taking less damage (assuming he can be damaged at this point) with Red and Blue rings and the Red and Blue Mail, healing himself with the Life spell...
etc. etc. etc.
Of course, NLF and whatever.

Ah, a new guy.
Pleased to meet you.
My opinion on the item canonocity:
Items making any cutscene appearance (i.e. Master Sword, Tunics, Gauntlets, etc.) take S-rank canon.
Items needed to advance the game's plot (avoiding PIS) are A-rank (i.e. Lens of Truth, Wind Waker, Mirror Shield, etc.)
Masks are special cases, because they aren't nessecary to beat the game of MM, but having them all allows access to canon info, gameplay and cutscenes that would normally be ommited.
For the complete telling of the story, all the masks are required.
Just my two cents.

Also in reference to the pillar falling over because Link doesn't have enough weight behind him, the same could be said for any of our heroes. There has to be some suspension of disbelief to be able to say that Kratos has the strength to trip up the colossus of rhodes while only being about 200 pounds himself. No one argues that he has done it but we're gonna have to call his strength and that of all the other characters in the thread "magic". You might say "Well Link's lifting feat is determined by the physics that are broken through that cutscene" however so is the strength of all the other characters in the thread, it's by physics that we know the strength of each one of them, the weight of the objects that we outline in each feat.
Link does have the strength to lift the 1000 ton pillar, and using that magic strength doesn't topple over somehow.
Knowing that Ganondorf is normally stronger than Link even with the Golden Gauntlets and many times stronger in his Ganon form. Link having taken hits from him is a durability feat. Even what seems to be Link's weakest incarnation, Wind Waker Link has taken hits from Ganon, and come back to beat him. The same Ganon who destroyed an entire island while most of his power was sealed by the Master Sword.
Exactly, the physics is broken. Theres a major difference between Link and Kratos and that is the fact Kratos' "magic" affects his whole body on several levels, its not specifically outlined to how much he is enhanced but unlike Links gauntlets (only increase his strength) we can suspend disbelief on Kratos, Dante, Kain etc because their known to be enhanced well beyond human limits all over their bodies whether it be because their divine, devil or Vampiric.
"barely" the strength to lift it, and he struggles over lifting it a meter off the ground. Theres several areas of disbelief here and thats the fact outside of the game when were calculating math, it would be impossible for him to throw it if he has difficulty lifting it off the ground, it would also be impossible for him to balance it. BUT there is also disbelief within his own ficiton because Link does not have powers enhancing his whole body on several levels, its clearly outlined by the gauntlets they only enhance strength, not durability or balance or grip. Therefore its impossible in his own universe, let alone ours for him to do what he did. This means calculating strength although flawed in most other games, its impossible to do in LoZ at least for this feat.
Also when argueing about items Link has to be able to wear/drink/prepare them for use, if the items are just worn then I guess you can assume he could have one item for each part of his body that it covers at the start of a battle. E.g. cape, mask, armour, gauntlets, sword, shield.
His arms then, that means his whole body is not increased in strength. Further making it obvious its physically impossible for him to do what the game shows him doing and using math to work it out is daft. The only compromise I would make is to allow him his feat of "lifting" it with difficulty, but throw it as well? lol

Think a little more creatively. For these 1000+ ton pillars that Link can lift, there are three of them. Two are in Ganon's castle blocking doors and rooms that you need to get into to beat the game. Since it has to happen to beat the game, we consider it canon. There is also an added bonus that those events get a sort of mini-cutscene. The third one is outside Ganon's castle, and doesn't block anything needed for the finishing of the game. So it's like he didn't really lift that one.
Edit: @BT. Of course he grunts, its 1000 tons. And even after that, he tosses it pretty far.
Or he used the Golden gauntlets to do a flip from a handstand over the pillar...never lifting it at all because of how heavy he found it when he tried 🙂 t
Edit: thats the thing, based on the same math the amount of joules required to even lift it that far which he found difficult would not even come close to throwing it, let alone 100 meters. based on a more credible calculation its actually 500-600 tonnes.
hes a physics junkie who is wrong. But no, your real thoughts in any sitation is "I am gonna trust ma lollovelink buddie over logic, physics, math and common sense" And you know your physics junkie? he gave me the equation in the first place so saying you dont trust my math is a daft thing to say, Bloodrain gave me the estimate on the blocks weight.
lets add argueing with your own fiction to your doubts of my figuires as well, because I took the velocity from the cutscene.
And the argument around planes defying gravity is irrelvent, because I was dubbing "escaping Earths gravity" as defying gravity, I was not using it as a scientific term.
If you have fish and chips, it came all the way from Britain......Americans do not know how to make fish OR chips....
Never happened, because nobody would go so far to eat American pudding, the look of it would put you off and they would be too busy eating Yorkshire pudding which is at least 73% tastier.
We don't need to know how to make fish, we catch them. We have two oceans on either side and the Great Lakes. You know the Great Lakes. The largest supply of Fresh Water on the planet. And we are responsible for McDonald's, which supposedly has world famous fries.
I demand to see the source of your statistic. I have eaten American pudding, and it is delicious. I am certain that filthy british hands cannot create such deliciousness.

And where do fish come from? Brtiain...and an American could just about catch a cold...let alone a British fish. Fries are not chips!
American pudding:

Clearly, the British one is far superior. nah, if it was delicious it was probably made by a Brit and you never realised....
