You can use the feat if you want but dont try to add math or logic to it to overhype link, it may be useful if the opponent created some big blocks for Link to throw but thats about it. So we may as well "exclude" it because its not useful in a straight up vs.

The golden gauntlets enhance his strength, that much is true within the game so technically they probably are not toonforce, just the showings of them are alike to toon force. The item itself does not go against the games logic or physics. Their effects are magical therefore the game has provided an exception to physics in links arm strength.

Theres nothing to repost, the info has been posted and picked apart. there comes a point where your fanboyism just fills in the gaps for links silly feats just to make him stronger.
Its toonforce if a cartoony portrayed character such as Mario, sonic etc do a feat thats beyond physical constraint. If bugs bunny despite not having a real reason other than being a toon teleports across ridiculous distances, gets squashed flat only to bounce into the air and reform perfectly fine then thats toonforce. I just call any feat that breaks logic or physics toonforce, I dont think a character has to be a toon to technically display a toonlike feat.
Links feat is more just illogical/against physics of the game rather than toon but I dont have a word to outline whats pretty much just "lolthisisfunsoitsinthegame" kind of thing. Link riding down from majoras dissolving moon on a rainbow is another good example, or tripping Gorons with iron. Those kinds of things are just not meant to be taken seriously, just like this feat.
I've played most of the games in the series, LttP is still my favorite SNES game and Ocarina is probably my fave on the N64, and I've gotta agree with BT.
Link is never shown to be a Superman/Incredible Hulk level character, the ZOMGOVER1000TONS!!!!!1111!!! argument is the silliest thing to ever grace this forum, and it only came about when everyone laughed at Scream for thinking Link would survive longer than 5 seconds against Ryu Hayabusa, at which point he made numerous socks and invited other fanboys to the board so he didn't look like a lone nut.
The fact is the gauntlets only let him move and lift specific marked blocks, he can't lift 1,000 tons any more than Mario can lift a castle or Peter Griffin can survive in outer space.

two examples? wtf are you talking about? I gave the iron boots example that Screampaste wails on about "zomg gorons are 200 tonnes and iron boots have to be stronger than ironz for it too works!" and theres the rainbow feat, I hope your not trying to say that makes sense or is logical. Then theres this one, where Link without any extra power other than in his arms is surviving tonnes of force on his body. You even said yourself that he grunted because the thing is heavy yet you think its logical for him to be able to apprently throw it the way scream claims he can? meh....
LoZ does not outline that Link has any super strength or durability, so many people who have actually played the games are disagreeing wtih you so theres no point in whining because we do not agree with 1000 ton supersonic link. Your logic, physics, math and your own game do not support what your trying to sell us, were not buying it.
Link uses iron clad boots to trip Gorons, Link uses magic gauntlets to strengthen his arms and toonforceftw allows him to ignore physics on his body (which are not enhanced). And if he gets stuck in a dissolving magical moon face a cute little rainbow appears and saves his life....
