USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (LIGHT SIDE)- Harmony

Well, it's not like we're here to be 'truthful' with the Zaari. We're here to help Thea unseat Lady Aquila as Consul. The sooner we can get Thea into that conflict, the better, because if she wins, presumably she can tell the Zaari to stop killing us.

I say try to fudge the truth here about "diplomatic solutions."

So basicly you want to flat out lie to them?

I haven't seen the movies in a long time but I woumd venture a guess that they make a difference in lying and telling something 'from a certain point of view'...

Just checking- did Tilulla/Iffa see their bit buried in all this talk?

The last thing I read was that we were with a smuggler type in his boot?

Or trunk for north American friends....

Yup! He asked a question.

'You are very kind to take us,' says Iffa, deflecting the question, 'do you know the planet well then?'

Found it. But yeah, I missed it at the time. I've been popping in but not following stuff closely, figuring that I should learn a lot of what's going on as Tilulla does. Its actually a bit fun seeing the action/battle/library what not's/etc. and not knowing exactly what's happening, but knowing I'm a part of it.

Ok, as the Thalos team are delaying there, this leaves Iffa and Tilulla going onwafrds as a duo!

You are in hyperspace, so to arrive, on the Cobra-class ship captained by a man named Tobin.

"So... this is how you Jedi normally travel, is it?" he asks. "Keeping it quiet, eh? Perhaps setting up a little something for your retirement? Popular planet, this, for that sort of thing..."

"Not retirement. Business. We probably shouldn't say too much more about it at this point, sorry." I give him an apologetic smile.

Also, my comment seems to make more sense before Iffa's. Assume I spoke first I guess.

As we travel, I develop a profound headache with no definable origin. I rest for the duration of the trip, or at least for several hours if the trip is taking us days.

If the conversation continues from above, presume my nap takes place afterwards.

I would try to keep up. We don't actually relay information like that In Character, we just sort of go "And we catch everyone up to whats going on, and move on."

Ok, I'll give until the end of the day for the Jedi to try a peaceful solution, else a fight it is!

"Business on Telania?" says Tobin. "Do you mean... business or business..." he says, twiddling his fingers in a 'lots of credits' sense. "I know Telania pretty well, yeah, and I know which one they will prefer."

'Well I do have an interest in...shall we say....'old stuff''

"Old stuff, new stuff... anything you like is in that place. The only thing that links them is privacy."

Huh... that made me think about something. We're not here to personally fight the Consul, that's Thea's job.

So if we were to say that we were not here to fight her and want to see our problems with her resolved, it'd still be truthful... from a certain point of view. Right?

True, but then the Zaari want to stop Thea.

"We can end this conflict," Jelena says to the Zaari leader. "We do not wish to fight the Consul, and Lady Thea wants to bring this battling to an end. Let us pass."

Not bad...

Needs more?

There are one or two triggers of things you can say or do to make the roll much easier.

'Privacy? For who? From who?'
