So this is all about you? I would try to pitch that you want to help Thea stop the iinternal infighting, as Consul's action lead to greater violence.

I feel like that sounds more... we are going to help Thea against the Consul than I want to sound.

Are you throwing that out for approval or do you want it said, Jelena?

I didn't really receive as much feedback as I'd hoped the first. I was thinking of saying 'as Thea pursues an end to the Consul's troubles with us' but that doesn't sound like we need to be in there.

I had an idea. Would saying that we seek the forgiveness of the Assembly for our incursion count as one of the triggers?

That latest one about seeking forgiveness may be a better option, at least thats what I think personally.

I agree... but do we know if we need to be there for that reason? I mean, perhaps they'll say "you have to go to this or that committee for forgiveness"?

And to make sure we agree: we have to ask their forgiveness if we go ahead with this. We do not lie.

I however have no issue with lying if it delays the inevitable fight and gives Thea more time. The quicker this goes, the less bloodshed will occur.

(Let's go with this. No one else, including me, has come up with anything else, and this at least seems truthful without being too confrontational.)

Well, regardless of anything else, sometimes the dice keep things simple. Four successes says that is a pass... the Zaari will let you in- under their supervision.

Jelena is relieved by their decision.

"Thank you," Jelena says in reply.

They are going to watch us and be inside, so if anything happens between the ladies, we are going to have to persuade them not to get involved.
