Thanks!

Jelena will proceed carefully with the Zaari escort, keeping Essallin close to her and staying near Lady Thea.

Ok! And so it is that you guys proceed through the grand old halls of the Assembly Chamber, before you are brought into the Assembly itself, a half-arena with about fifty Ladies (and their silent ladies in waiting) engaged in what can only be called a full on yelling argument.

At the centre of the arena is the Consul's chair- Aquila is upon it...

Iffa and Tilulla- you guys are coming into land. This is one of those natural-formed Star Wars worlds; much of the population lives in tunnels carved into rock and great natural hives. All the technology goes into the vaults- which are kept in blocks the size of cities. What you heard was not wrong. The vaults are all hexagonal in shape, but already you can see form here ones large enough to carry a battleship within- whilst others are too small to see from here.

Jelena will try to catch part of the argument they are having before their arrival distracts the Assembly from their discussion.

Cool. Can we place an inquiry to speak with an official from the ship, or not until we're on-world?

You can call ahead!

(Way to go Jelena! So! We're in a giant room with a Deck (52 - get it? 50 ladies, Aquilla and Thea? No? Nevermind then.) of Ladies and they're all pissed? With the Us their LIW's and the Zaari that's a whole LOT of Force users! We better watch out mouths real good in here. Ideally, we want this to come down to a confrontation just between Thea and Aquilla and their Ladies. Not rooting for a fight, but Aquila-type people aren't usually argued out of power. Good luck to us.)

They are arguing about policy, Jelena- obviously an old argument, but it's hard to make out the details and you have no idea of the underlying issue.

"Would you like an introduction, m'Lady?" Jelena asks Lady Thea.

Otherwise, we should not say anything and let things play out.

And that is a lot of Force-Users all in one place, Andro! How bizarre...

As long as the other ladies stay out of this we should be fine. We just have to handle the Zaari... who are also force users... You know the only other place with more force users at any given time would be Coruscant I swear.

hahahahah....Zetion....hahahaha....
No.

Right! Zetion! Totally forgot about that one. 😛

Vera-Kin keeps an eye out for her drawing, though she suspects that she will get the opportunity to see it after the issues here are resolved.

She stays watchful of the Zaari while walking into the Assembly with Lady Thea and the Jedi.

Hmm... can Gallagher spend a point on Empathy to see how the Ladies feel about our favorite Consul?

Well that's going to be hard to tell as all attention has now switched to you guys entering the Assembly chamber.

"You!" says Aquila, rising and pointing a finger at Thea. "Remove her from this place!"

"I demand my right as a Lady to address the Assembly!" yells back Thea. "The matter between us must be decided in session!"

How do the Zaari react to Aquila's response to Thea's presence? And the Ladies?

It might be best we position ourselves near the Zaari. If we stick to Thea, they might see this as some sort of defence and might attack us. If we move to them, we might hold them off and even talk to them to stand down if that is needed?

Wentar's on bodyguard duty so he will be sticking near Lady Thea. If we move towards the Zaari it'd be considered a far more hostile act then if we remain near Thea.

We must let Thea proceed and let her and her Ladies in Waiting take care of this. We need to hang back, and deal with the Zaari if needed. But we should really try to keep them calm/persuade them that its a matter between the Ladies and they shouldn't get involved.

Gallagher is hopeful that we will be able to convince the Zaari to stay apart from the conflict.
