USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (LIGHT SIDE)- Harmony

I came to that through meta-gaming actually... you wouldn't let things go the easy way. 😉

We jump on top of them and try to reign them in Obi-Wan style with some help from our force users, who will try to subdue them?

"There may be some other difficulties," says Ascar. "The relationship between predator and prey in the forests is quite complex."

"How might that be?"

"Just in that you should bear in mind you may be getting in the way of other creatures in there," he says. "Nothing you cannot handle, I am sure."

I guess what he means is that if we engage the creatures we need to kill we might be attacked by other, more dangerous creatures that think we're taking it's prey.

or we might just stumble upon a nest of gundarks while trying to kill the creature

Gallagher looks to D'an when he says he has a bad feeling.

"So do I," Gallagher says. "Not all of us are apt to fight without our lightsabers... we may have to try different routes to victory if we are to gain access to the tribe."

Machetes are used with Combat, yes?

Yup!

Do we have a choice of weaponry, Ush?

Yup! All sorts of different coloured handles on the machetes.

Oh so only Machetes? Great! I'll take the pink coloured one then 🙂

Andro will stride forward and accept the first machette to be had and take the second to give to his Padawan. As he does, he looks at Ascar with narrowed eyes, "Are there any other 'rules' we need to be aware of? Any more statements that are best started with 'Oh by the way...'?"

Andro wonders how much Ascar is enjoying this moment. He himself certainly is not. Lessons learned or no, Andro is NOT happy about another mission without his lightsaber. And with a young Padawan thrown in for good measure, just great.

"When do we start?" Andro says next, trying half-heartedly to keep the irritation from his voice.

"It won't be a problem. Let's just take care of these creatures, get back, and find out all what these people have to tell us about that incident at the tombs."

Vlad will pick up two machetes, strapping each to one side of his belt.

"No no, I think that is everything," says Ascar. "Oh, they won't count your Padawans for numbers. You need only take one beast for every two knights."

"I hope I do not sense too much pride in that statement. We shall succeed if we are humble and follow the Force."

Wentar takes one of the machetes. "I've never really had much practice in armed combat," he mutters, giving it a lazy practice swing. "I'm starting to think this wont be a simple walk in the park..."

"Okay, now for paring? Who will go with who?"

If we hunt in pairs: the weak with the strong so every team is balanced. But why work in pairs? We need to get a beast per 2 knights, not hunt per 2 knights...

This is very true.
