USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (DARK SIDE)- The Prisoner of Datura

We need several people moving into the center together. Attacking the Pikemen in pairs seems to work best, so it'd be nice to have at least two pairs attacking to thin out the melee damage immediately.

I say that Rianna/Dak, Galder/Haron, and Melkor/Con/Relle move in next turn... and thank you, Ush. I'm pleased with myself.

Swap Focused Guard for Orthodox Guard.

Rand grins with satisfaction as he lays waste to five guards in the span of mere moments.

"Handle this," Rand says to Xavier, indicating the guards near them with his lightsaber. He then turns and leaps up into the laser tower, intending to murder the gunners there.

Relle- you should use your extra turn to leap up and attack the laser tower, and this turn to finish it off.

Haron- with me on this one, buddy. Attack Pikeman F so we can be done with him in one go.

-

Galder confronts the remaining pikeman. Instead of going for an outright kill, he swipes at the pikeman repeatedly with his blue lightsaber in wide, sweeping blows, intending to push him back toward Haron so that the other can run him through from behind.

It looks like Azarl crashed so hard that he stopped existing!

And when we get to the center we should kill all the guards first. Just a thought.

Assuming we can kill the guards and don't get caught in melee with the pikemen.

(...definitely almost typoed and put "pokemon" there. Whoops...)

Perhaps Gallador can kill the one guard that's left, while Relle takes out the laser tower and Con moves to the north with Dak and Rianna to kill the last guard there? Then we can cleanly move inside next round.

Or Con might spend a round to pick up his blaster again using co-ordination might come in handy again.

If we move into center, whether we have initiative or not, I think we'll be able to get an attack on whoever we want. The Pikeman can't choose to lock us until they engage us, right?

The guards stay out of melee range and the pikemen move in to lock, is what happened originally.

The pikemen are also surrounding Nom.

Which means the pikemen have to be killed to make Nom a target?

So if Azarl moved in from South hypothetically into Center, he couldn't attack a guard because they'd move?

Yes, the pikemen have to be killed.

Not sure how you get that, Azarl. They never move at the same time as you. It's strictly turn by turn.

Alright, just making sure. Lana seemed to think otherwise.

...so, what happened with Azarl?

Whoops! Did the roll, didn't put it in. Sorry, your roll went fine- crashed at the south with five damage, and you didn't hit Xavier.

Oh, good.

Azarl is going to take cover behind a pillar and use Grip to stop the laser tower gunner shooting at Galder and Haron. Free Force Attack on a mook.

For what it's worth, it'd probably be preferable to remove the remaining guard from the equation, so we can move in clean.

The other gunner will fire I am afraid, Azarl, though without one on look out they may miss things.

Well, Con will attack one of the guards in the north then as well.

Ok Relle will attack the laser tower with this move.

Gallador will finish the last remaining guard at the east side.
