The only part of Nayru in this fight is Link's Nayru's Love which gets dispelled by Ultimecia.
Link reflects her magic via The Mirror Shield or Master Sword, and counters with a Light Arrow of evil smiting JUSTICE.
Link isn't reflecting a Tornado, a couple of planets, meteors, an earthquake, Ultima, Dispel, Holy, Apocalypse, or Hell's Judgment. Last time I checked, the Master Sword only reflected projectiles and broke certain barriers. The Mirror Shield isn't going to do any better.
The Light Arrows would just get stopped by her time magic and I doubt it's any stronger than Holy which is weaker than a lot of the things the FF8 protagonists can do.
Dispel has never worked on god-level characters; fallacy. Even youtube debaters are intelligent enough to know that wont work...
Neither Ganon nor Link are god-level characters.
Ganon dips Squall and Ultimecia in twilight and has his way with them.

Compared to FF villains, Ganondorf has shitty defenses. If Ultimecia can stop a bullet while possessing Edea, a magical arrow would be child's play.

Ultimecia was a cosmic threat unlike Ganondorf whom was a only a threat to Hyrule and the Twili world. Ultimecia possessed people across time and was absorbing time and space to become omnipotent unlike Ganon who was beaten with a sword and magical arrows despite having the Triforce. Ultimecia can stop time, create monsters, and even bring to life beings invented from one's mind.
Hell, forget Ultimecia; Exdeath alone would put the Zelda world out of existence.

I'm not using Dissidia, though she does use time stop more there.
TC is effective since there's no canon friendship between Link & Ganondorf. Without TC, she's still ahead of Ganondorf as she still can manipulate people through time, use powerful magic, and make thoughts come to life.
