The best way to solve these problems is talk about it, be open and discuss it in a calm manner. Women normally like discussing things, so listen to her opinion.
If your both young, ie below 25 ish then its difficult to take the step from the "wild partying, lets have fun" type of lifestyle which is normal, to a serious responsible one.
As someone mentioned, if she goes out go with her. If she doesn´t want you to, then you go out with your mates and have a good time as well. Don´t sit at home wasting good fun having time waiting for some chick who is having fun.
Whats good enough for her is good enough for you.

Im not sure if age has got anything to do with it. You can still be young be in love and want to consider somebodies feelings. You can still party hard and be responsible.

Occasionally when extremely drunk...Although I do remember being at one of the local clubs on a uni night out when the 2 hottest girls in my class decided to drag me onto the dance floor and grind against me right in front of about 50 of my work mates (who had no idea who the 2 girls were)...very good night.

the simple and logical answer then is that if it bothers you and she doesnt care if it bothers you then it probably means that there are or will be other things that she does that she doesnt care bother you... which isnt a good sign.but on the other hand people are unpredictable and love is like that so i dunno.
consider it though. if it really bothers you and she isnt willing to work on it then i think there will be a problem.
