What about like a tournament for whatever enemies your character beats they gain their powers?

This is as good a place as any to post this:

I'm not going to be on KMC as much as I have been in the past, and it's kind of a permanent change. Tourneys are one of the few things I'd like to stay involved in on the forums. To that affect, always PM me if I can be a judge or can advise a tourney director in any way. I may be able to come around to participating in them again sometime, but in the near future judging is the most I'll be able to muster.

The goal is just a straight forward, run & gun tourney, with the simplicity of a solid battlezone match, but the organization and talent/competition that tourney's offer.

Which is also why I think, Ambient, your suggestions would make the whole tourney weaker, cause it's just extra complications.

The trick would be to get a well rounded set of three characters to choose from, and then just to debate as best as you can.

If people are interested, it could be fun. I wouldn't mind hosting either.

i'd suggested something similar (even said people could draft the SAME character and see who debated him/her better) but..... didn't fly. i think a BZ 1on1 style tourney would be cool.

We could just do some sort of weekly/biweekly feature BZ style matchs with newcommers each time or group-drafting.

I'm mulling over the idea of doing a Season 2 reboot of my tourney. Open to ideas on tier/modifications. If another tourney is already scheduled I'll defer though.

Everyone keeps mentioning your tournament rules, but I honestly forgot them. Anyone have a link to them?

I'm in the mood for three man (amalgam or not doesnt matter) Low Herald honestly. We just recently did a low, we've done a few high heralds, a few high metas, but rarely a Low Herald.

Maybe a D-lister character tourney where it all comes down to drafting characters lower than they actually are 😱

Let's tweak that...a tourney where the object is to lose, and to convince the judges you have the more inept team. Outright suicide or harming your own team would be banned, but otherwise it's free reign.

Now you just need to make it so characters are selected by a third person and the guys desperately try to lose and it sounds like quite a task.

How about a supporting character tourney where you can only draft characters like Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, Alfred, Rick Jones (human), and Jarvis?

How about a league-like tourney -like Delph's- in which any competitor can only play the same character once, but each competitor may run copies of the character at one given time?

So, could we get a tourney started?
