No, I'm not actually joking. There was someone in the original anime where Ash was in the Indigo League that had a really good Bellsprout. For a flower with leaves for hand, it was amazing.

He was embarassing Pikachu horribly haermm

The wank Nintendo train? Lol. There are non-legendary pokemon who can cause more destruction than Sin.

Lugia isn't one of them.

I've seen a Bellsprout that can probably fight better than most non-mains in FF.

That Bellsprout from the Pokemon League? You're shitting yourself.

Let's not forget that the Bellsprout was KO'd easily by Muk.

Easy prey for the white mages, Yunalesca, and Seymour. Sin alone would take them on.

Ghosts aren't Zombies. They won't take damage from Cures.

They get Cursed and Destiny Bonded.

Dispel removes it.

Taunt prevents nondamaging moves.

That's no problem since the strongest magics aren't even of those elements. Sin's Giga Gravitron would wreck them all.

He gets killed by Destiny Bond and Aftermath.

Curse isn't doing anything to Sin. If that were the case, FF mages would've defeated it with Bio and Doom. Esuna and Auto-Life take care of the Curse problem.

Curse still is not a status effect. You could substitue Leech Seed since they're basically the same thing.

That Bellsprout may have more hand to hand ability than most random FF characters. But anything in main party or main villain areas would be a no. Still, it's an amazing Bellsprout.

It dodged Pikachu's attacks, then hit him on the head.

Very observant of you.

Dodging electricity is so easy to do.

Pikachu didn't really use electric attacks in that. It was mostly a hand to hand thing in that video Sin posted.

But think about it, do we see much in the way of fighting from NPC characters like shop keepers in FF? Are there even any official police forces or armies in FF?

Yes.

Tbh, while a Bellsprout raping on a level beyond most FF characters is pretty awesome, the top tiers of both verses make the lower tiers of both verses pretty moot.

Fixed, as a Bellsprout poses little threat to Low-Mid Tier FF characters in general 🙂

And you base that on absolutely nothing?

I base it on the fact it is a plant with no actual good feats =|

You people are the ones saying Random Pokemon # 3 is > Most random FF characters due to one unimpressive anime scene :/

Pikachu is faster, and let's be honest, possibly stronger, than most FF heroes. 😐 Out H2H'ing Pikachu is pretty freaking good.

No he isn't

No he isn't

No it isn't

Pikachu is only fast when using quick attack. Which he was not in that scene.

Precisely. I base it on the fact that I've seen nothing impressive from Pikachu in speed/strength, and until I see some actual feats, Pikachu remains unimpressive, as does Bellsprout.

Bellsprout is #69.

Ash's Pikachu has hurt Rock and Steel types by hitting them with his tail.
