....Is a fast punch. Meaning he needs to get into striking range to actually use it. He will not do so, and even if he did, it will give Ultimecia enough time to go intangible.
Vincent is already TK'd. He isn't moving anywhere.
Chaos Vincent can fly with a force well beyond whatever Kazam can hold. Even if he can't, base Vincent can casually bitchslap someone a football field away. Ali will be unable to stop him from simply raising his arm and blowing his head off. Chaos Vincent btw is at least a class 100 strengther.

The average sniper bullet moves at 3000 feet per second. They were about 2-300 feet from her, so the distance in largely irrelevent except it enables me to now claim her reactions are actually above average bullet time. And yeah, it's really a bullet.

As I've already said, the anime is good for some things. Showing what moves are like is one of them. Because Seismic Toss is not throwing a planet, like its animation in Gold/Silver/Crystal portrayed.

Just the depiction of how it works. Technically, you don't have any proof it is just the punch. The game description can be interpreted either way.
Even Ash's Charizard flew fast enough with Ash on his back.
K. Air resistance should never make a bullet look like that. They are aerodynamic for a reason, too much air resistance makes it less effective and fast. Even screws up its trajectory.
Where are you getting these distance numbers from? It doesn't show anything that can be used to make a decently accurate estimate. And only 200 feet? Seriously? The guy gets into a car to drive to wherever the hell that chick is.

I'm not cherry picking, its just I've seen enough to know that Charizard is fairly slow. Like how he always has to lift his head, charge his flame for a second and then unleash his breath, which btw still moves fairly slowly.

Without taking into consideration that the bullet slows the further it gets due to air resistence this equals... around 0.005 seonds. Though I haven't done much mathematics in a while.

Well if she can counter a sniper shot, Champs, more obvious due to sizes normal bullet speed would end the same way.
