Annihilation doesn't have to be a Pokemon attack. Sin wouldn't be immune to it, either.

Arceus only wanted to make the humans of that city pay. He didn't have a grudge against the others.

Arceus has not shown any destruction at the level of Sin or Kuja. If we're using gameplay, the so-called god can be beaten by non-legendary Pokemon.

Annihilation doesn't exist. It's not even found in Bulbapedia.

Why would I use gameplay? You just can't base power on anime. This has already been explained.

It doesn't have to be a move, lol. Spatial Distortion isn't a move, but Palkia still used it. Same for Time Travel with Dialga. And all kinds of other stuff.

By your logic, annihilation can be done by FF characters too. Sin has wrecked towns and cities, Kuja scorched Terra, Odin destroyed a city, Exdeath has wiped areas off the map, and Ultimecia was absorbing existence.

You have to use antimatter to annihilate. So no, FF can't do it.

Just checked Giratina on Bulbapedia. It uses no antimatter and is weak enough to be taken out by any FF party.

In interviews Junichi Masuda and Takeshi Kawachimaru did for G4, it was said that Giratina and its Distortion World were created to be personifications of antimatter; this is bluntly stated and confirmed in HeartGold and SoulSilver by Cynthia.

So difficult to find.

He controls the reverse world. It's a simple matter of touching someone with matter from that realm, which can easily be done.

And I've said it before, it doesn't have to be a Pokemon attack for the Pokemon to be capable of doing it.
