which explains why i scuffed at boot camp.. pretty physically easy. its the mental BS lack of sleep that is hard.

If you're doing all of this then what is the problem? If you were a Marine you shouldn't really have any reason to even not be in shape. Doing an airborne shuffle should be enough to keep you fit period. And since you were in the military I'm going to assume you know what an airborne shuffle is.

i do it b/c its my standard workout... i simply refocused back on it b/c i went through a phase of being muscled out and burly. but, i then had a job interview i was plannin on goin but couldnt fit into my suits b/c i had purposely gained about 25 lbs.

so i decided to stop the weight lifting and high protein diet and workout.
i bn running since last month lost most of my weight and i am focusing at simply being trim and cut.

although, i was a marine i never once heard of the airborne shuffle but, i know what it is. it is the slow old man jog .

pretty sure the airborne shuffle is an army slang not marine so i wouldnt have heard it anyways.

it should be airforce bicycling

also i post to give advice on losing weight by telling bardock what works for me.

I see. Well sounds like you'll be fine.

And no. The Airborne shuffle is not a slow mans jog lol. But yes it's an Army thing. But I'm sure the Marines have something similar to it.

As for the Airforce. They're pussies for cycling. As is the Navy. But that's for a whole nother day of debate.

It's 440, I think I'm down 10 pounds at most. So, mediocre to bad, I'd say.

so ur 430 lbs as of now.

walk walk walk walk/hi protein diet
and use vinyl suit/sweat suit

dont do king castle's 8mile run or mma training like mine your joints might suffer or your cardio may not be able to take it.

If your super desperate, i wouldn't recommend this, but you can try the liquids diet. You'd lose weight really fast, down side is you'd be losing too much too fast and lose muscle.

What i recommend is just less-in your portion meals, eat healthy, no fast food or fried food. Join a gym. Start your own little exercise sheet. Post it on kmc so we can see what your thinking and I'm sure more than few of us on here would be more than happy to help twik it out.

You're main motivation should be this, sex wayyyyyy better when your fit. 😗

Is that a photo of you in your avatar? If so, is it recent? Because that person doesn't look over 400 pounds.

Yeah, that's me in the avatar. It's about 6 months old, and I weighed that back then, maybe more.

Hi Bardock, I used to be really fit in college, but since graduating and working crazy long stressful hours, I gained about 40lbs within the past 5 years. In January I started living my new "lifestyle", its all calorie based. I'm a fairly scientific person, so I like to solve problems as systematically and reasonably as possible, so I attacked my weight loss problem using pure math, calories in vs calories out, this pretty much explains it: http://www.acaloriecounter.com/calorie-counting.php This is the best calculator I've found, it works really great: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm#

My first week counting calories I lost 7 lbs, but everyweek after its been about 2 lbs, which is what you want, the slower it comes off, the harder it will be to put back on. I'm at my goal weight now, 6'4" 194lbs. I didn't do any exercise, because you dont loose weight by exercising, its 95% food.

And remember, forget those crazy fad diets, they dont work. Just find something that you can do the rest of your life, I can count calories forever now, no problem! I know what my daily caloric allowance is, and I dont let myself eat more than I'm allowed.
