my workout is really military basic stuff.. but, i was doin it long b4 i joined the marines and have bn doin it well after. it was basically the the same workouts that overlapped in all the sports i played so i just got used to doin it even now as an adult.
track, cross country, baseball, wrestlin, TKD, MCMAP...spartan runs... morning PT.
which explains why i scuffed at boot camp.. pretty physically easy. its the mental BS lack of sleep that is hard.
If you're doing all of this then what is the problem? If you were a Marine you shouldn't really have any reason to even not be in shape. Doing an airborne shuffle should be enough to keep you fit period. And since you were in the military I'm going to assume you know what an airborne shuffle is.
