She wasn't as good as she was now, it was pre-switch places with Shiva, but it was after her 'book every moment for training bing' (with Cass, Nightwing, WW, and Wildcat), and after she had started mail-order instruction with Shiva.

Canary was high in the second tier at that point, and it was a very close and long fight.

i gotta agree with q99 on this one (for once lol). plus, we might see him again now that simone is back on the book in some sort of decent capacity...

I have a feeling that when Marvel's "Shadowland" event comes around that there will be changes O-plenty to these tiers. This will tell us a lot about who's who in the upper tiers.

Yea, iirc he was beating up Huntress (though Oracle interrupted before things got too far), and fought against the 12 Brothers in Silk (did get temporarily taken down when two ganged up on him, but got back up and rejoined the fight).

Even when tied up he knocked out Hellhound too.

Although, I'm tempted to vote against it purely because I can't think of anyone in the second tier who really deserves her spot more than her... And an empty spot is kind of messy as someone noted earlier.
