Not to down-play your badassery, but in reality, you likely wouldn't have a choice.
if you are referring to cuff as in i would willingly go to jail after losing my case or refuse.. then i guess in that sense i would have no choice but take their cuff.. not sure if i would rev myself up in order to fight my way out but i think be to disillusioned at the system to do it.,.. i probably just sigh and walk to my prison.. but i would definitely plan while in their for my full yr and a half possibly more since the judge would scre me over and give me max sentence probably 5 yrs..

i thought you meant cuff while in prison like pick the soap or gonna key hole me a corn roll

No. I meant if you were in a prison(considering you could have gone for beating police officers), you'd be put in your place, as there's likely guys in there are are far tougher than you are.

i probably would but like i said i rather die.. i wont back down from a corrupt guard or an inmate i rather die and i would fight with the intent to kill..

which is why i would fight to the death... now stop talking about that!!! stop focusing on me and move on to you.. lets talk about you...

@bardock

anyways what i meant is that pretending to be something your not like putting on a cowboy hat or trench coat might seem cool might make you feel cool but a real cowboy doesnt think he is cool he does it for a reason..

i know some ppl think my attitude and my past experience might make me seem like i am trying to be cool.. i am not i wasnt trying to be nor do i think i am, i just am simple as that just a person like you or anyone else... my life experience just happen to be different hence my personality and attitude. i am a product of my environment.. everything that ppl might accuse me of trying to be cool is just me being me without any effort on my part..

i was and am a construction worker i have gotten into plenty of fights in my life mostly with bullies.. i workout and work with kids and adults for half of my life... i was in the military.. my mother instilled in me a great sense of right and wrong and believing in one's self and standing up for one's self no matter what.. what's right is right.

i take that lesson to heart and i believe it, it is who i am i dont apologize for it.

Well perhaps cool is not the right word to you. But do you admire people that have those ideals and stick to them? I know I strive to be an ultimate ideal I have in my had and I do admire people that are that ideal. If you don't do you view your own ideals in this case as a flaw? Or are you really totally neutral about it? Do you think your beliefs are totally equal to any other and if so, I ask why have these ideals?

You should have just offered him a job, like doing your yard-work for a day. Would have settled the argument right then and there.

You are correct, but, then, he would have started raging, someone would have called the police, and I would have been pwned.

yes. their is no and ifs about it. i respect ppl who have absolute right and wrong ideals and stick to them. let me explain why.

my mother was my role model she worked hard all her life to provide for me my dad was a douche and left my mom for a rich woman with kids. my step dad also later left my mom after things got financially difficult and left me and my half brother when he took off..

i learned from my moms determination as kid... but that wasnt all by then i had bn training in boxing by my step dad and doing stuff like karate.. i learned hard physical work at the age of 7 till now.. constant training set schedule work hard and most importantly build certain moral and ethical beliefs along the way.. like discipline, honor, courage, spirit balance.. some ppl might say BS MA crap.. i lived and continued training till i was 23...

thats not including the catholic strict BS rules also want to point out my mom never drank or smoked till this day..well only at weddings one glass of wine i think she had her 1st glass at 3o something.

anyways my MA in TKD again was forced into me writing reports of what MA means to me... living by a sense of honor, courage, discipline, speaking the truth etc etc.. did i always live by it no.. but i tried very hard to adhere to it best i can.. so out of this i developed a self righteous demeanor toward ppl that i felt did not live by certain codes and were nasty.. fat, lazy, thieves liars, hypocrites turns out the world is full of them.. i eventually grew tired of a lot of this sh@# and joined the military and again even the military ppl made half hearted oaths that didnt seem to matter as they ignored their promises and oaths and found ways not to do what they were obligated to do..

in the marines is where i met my adult role models who i didnt think existed outside my Ma dojo and MA belief structure or at home.

Lt. col. Granada and General Hagee...

these were men who's oath and promise to themselves and the country was more then just words but a way of life.. to them their was only the right way and the wrong way.. no middle ground no apologies.. these men i would follow them to hell and back and would have followed any order proudly without question and hesitation..

these men genuinely cared about those around them and strive to set a good example not walk around all nasty and being hypocritical.. no, we are not going to down play this so the news reporters dont hear about it bs.. these men were the 1st to say look these men and women broke the law.. they were stealing, drug using fraternizing etc etc..and will go to the brig lose their rank for not adhere to the corps standard and lose any benefits dishonorable discharge...

if you make an oath and you cant live by it not even your own principles then i have no respect toward those ppl...

which is weird b/c i have had drug dealing, thieving friends and worse who lived by a set standard i will never do this or that.. etc etc.. and they lived by them. i then look outside and i see a fat cop out of shape lazy parking his car in a red curb while doing personal shopping and being rude to those he is there to serve and protect..

i am very strict with my combined beliefs of MA/military and those raised by my mother..

i quit a high paying office job b/c i could not work along side ppl who viewed violating housing laws as being cheaper then following the law and talking about renters as just ppl who were not aware of their rights nor would be willing to make it legal issue due to income...

f@## them and f@## the world we live in when these ppl are on the top of the social latter.. so if that tells you anything about my ethics and morality i dont know what will... most ppl would compromise their beliefs for a 6 figure salary and living a loft with a doorman.. but i wont.

You sound like the origin story of a comic character.

But anyway worst would have to be one of the rougher countries who are quite poor.
