Get over this. Anything else is red herring bullsh1t and utterly meaningless. When you can point to an on-panel feat, let me know. All I've heard is petulant b1tching and whining about DP Tyrant not getting recognition. He's got his recognition where it's due. He's powerful to treat Thanos like a prostitute. Galactus is far beyond that. And that's based on proof. Not on non-feats that amount to posturing. Not recognizing that is just a sign of b1tch whining on your part. 😬 You act like I'm upset over this. Galactus confronted DP Tyrant. They talked about how they shouldn't get into it with each other. DP Tyrant was the first one to agree that he should retreat
(begrudgingly) and asked to leave unmolested with someone that he could suck on (no homo). Galactus said take who you want, just not Morg. DP Tyrant insisted and got his way. That's worth a mouse's fart concerning DP Tyrant's independent power level and his statute next to Galactus. DP Tyrant has no independent feats that come anywhere close to Galactus'.
Deal with that. Again, DP Tyrant was the one who retreated. Galactus traded Morg for Silver Surfer and everyone else. Which ended up being a good trade. Making Galactus concede a speck of dust is an impressive feat. But it has almost nothing to do with DP Tyrant's stature and power.
So deal with that. And you can begin dealing with that by recognizing that Adam Warlock "punked" Galactus far worse than DP Tyrant ever did during Infinity Gauntlet. I suspect that once you admit that, then you'll start seeing how all this rhetoric garbage is nothing but meaningless red herring horsesh1t. A farcical non-feat for non-feat's sake.

Very nice.
To wrap things up, allow me:
1. Tyrant had hoped to avoid Galactus. That doesn't sound very confident.
2. Tyrant admits it is unseemly to retreat and that it is in his best interest to do so. (Um, yeah. That's scary talk.) 😉 Kickin' butt and takin' names!
3. Why does he need one of the heralds as a power source?
This entire panel disproves the Pro-Tyrant-pals.
Tyrant first admits that he just wants to go home, he doesn't want any of what Galactus is selling and that he needs one of the heralds for a power source.
Then, he hangs onto the only herald that Galactus wants.
And, THAT doesn't sound like a hostage situation?
Tyrant is obviously NOT speaking from the power-position. He wants out.
Holding onto Morg helps him in 2 ways:
1. His need for power.
and
2. Insurance so he can get away, which is what he has just humbly asked for.
